Crypto giant Ripple Labs has been included in the annual list of 50 disruptive companies published by CNBC.
It also includes the Ripple client, Flutterwave and the Robinhood app, which allows investors to trade stocks and cryptocurrencies.
The list includes private companies that have grown rapidly, along with strong technology developments, despite the global pandemic that has originated in China.
Robinhood is ranked #1 as the enemy of Wall Street. Last year, Robinhood was ranked 46th. Flutterwave is #21 for helping African businesses take off.
Last year, Ripple also made it onto this list of CNBC’s disruptive ventures. In 2020 it was ranked 28th for offering a “crypto response to remittances” and this year Ripple is placed on 38th number as “Making waves in crypto regulation.”
We're proud to be named on the 2021 CNBC #Disruptor50 list for the second year in a row! https://t.co/0DnqtKmfoT
