To complete its fundraising proposal, a documentary project called “Ethereum, The Infinite Garden”, raised 1036 Eth.

These funds will be used to finance the first full-length Ethereum documentary. It will feature key figures and community members from the Ethereum Foundation, such as Vitalik Buterin, who is also the co-founder of Ethereum. The project aims to release the documentary in 2023.

“Ethereum, The Infinite Garden”, which aims to make the first documentary about how smart contracts project were created, has achieved its goal in its recent fundraising campaign.

In just three days, the initiative collected 1,036 ETH from more than 600 sponsors. This is far beyond what they originally set as their goal of 750 ETH. The team is now in a preparatory phase to establish connections with people from Ethereum.

According to the project proposal, “Ethereum, The Infinite Garden” will:

Discover innovative uses of the Ethereum blockchain in real life, a resilient community, developers and enthusiasts, and Vitalik Buterin, who has a vision for the Internet that it can change the world.



To create the animations, the team also hired top artist pplpleasr.  She has been involved in digital effects for films like Batman v Superman and Wonder Woman, as well as Star Trek Beyond.

The film’s rough draft will be completed by the team in the summer of 2022. It will then premiere in winter 2023.
