The hacker that attacked Poly network and stole $600 Million has made a decision to return the funds instead of creating a DAO.
Yesterday TheCryptoBasic reported that Poly Network was Hacked For $611 Million Which was a Biggest Defi Hack Ever.
Poly network team said that they were sorry to announce that PolyNetwork was attacked on BinanceChain, ethereum and 0xPolygon.
After the hack The attacker executed a transaction at the addresses already marked, injecting code with his intentions regarding what to do with the money. It states,
“what if I make a new token and let the DAO decide where the tokens go?”
There were many comments from users asking hacker to return the funds.
PolyNetwork also reached out the attacker saying:
“The amount of money you have hacked is one of the biggest in defi history. Law enforcement in any country will regard this as a major economic crime and you will be pursued. The money you stole are from tens of thousands of crypto community members, hence the people.”

The hacker responsible for the PolyNetwork hack said in a message embedded into its Ethereum transaction that he was ready to return the stolen funds.
“ready to return the fund!”
PolyNetwork responded by providing all addresses required to send money back.

Another message has appeared in the network transaction made by the address of an infamous Poly Network exploiter.
The hacker has addressed his issues with Poly Network, saying that he could not contact the management of the network and asked for another multi-signature wallet address to return the funds.
“Failed to contact the poly. I need a secured multisig wallet from you”
