The CEO of the world’s largest Cinema Chain AMC Entertainment, Adam Aron says payment service provider Bitpay has agreed to support the Shiba Inu (SHIB) on his request.
AMC Says Bitpay Agrees To Support Shiba Inu, Bitpay is a crypto payment processor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the United States that helps businesses to accept crypto as a payment method.
AMC’s CEO announced that AMC will soon be able to accept Shiba because Adam Aron convinced Bitpay to add SHIB so that AMC can make SHIB its payment method.
Last week World’s Largest Theater Chain, AMC Integrated Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, And Bitcoin cash As Payment Methods. Now along with these cryptos, SHIB will also be added as an AMC payment method.

AMC is the largest theater chain in the United States, Europe, and the rest of the world. As of March 31st, the company owned or operated approximately 950 cinemas and 10,500 screens worldwide.
AMC will be able to accept SHIB for online payments for movie tickets, gifts cards, concessions, and more in about 60-120 days. Aron added that AMC Theaters will be the first Bitpay customer to accept Shiba Inu.
The CEO of AMC has previously stated that his company has been trying to find a way to use SHIB as payment for which he organized a Twitter poll on October 29 in which he asked his followers if AMC should accept Shiba Inu alongside Dogecoin (DOGE) and other cryptocurrencies.
