In recent months, CZ has confirmed that Binance will have regional offices in several countries, along with a headquarter in one specific country.

In November, CZ informed that he could choose France as Binance HQ, but there were also rumors indicating that Ireland might be the right country for the exchange.

Now the question is which country will become Binance headquarters, where exchange can perform all crypto activities in accordance with the law. The latest rumors are Dubai can become Binance HQ.

According to Bussiness Time, there are indications that Binance will soon sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Government of Dubai, which could make Dubai, Binance headquarters, the country where CZ already has an apartment. If confirmed, the mystery would come to an end, but complete details have not been revealed and it is still unclear whether this will be the global or regional headquarters.

It is not clear what facilities this territory can offer Binance, which is moving closer and closer to a formal announcement of its global headquarters to further calm regulators.
