Terra (LUNA) has broken the $100 mark, setting a new all-time high. Market capitalization exceeded $36 billion.
According to CoinGecko, the new all-time high was $100.84.
Over the past seven days, LUNA’s price increased by more than 55% and moved up to ninth place in terms of capitalization with a market cap of $36,401,319,454.
The LUNA price reached a historic milestone after the announcement that the Terra community has initiated a new decentralized name service, and an airdrop of its new TNS token is on the way.

In December, the total value locked (TVL) in the Terra exceeded $18 billion. According to stats, Terra is in second position only after Ethereum in terms of TVL. Backed by the native LUNA token, the algorithmic stable coin UST is a key element of Terra. Over the past seven days, LUNA has also grown by almost 41%.
Kraken also announced the LUNA listing on Dec 15th, opening deposits. Trading became live on DEC 16th.
