Samsung America, the American subsidiary of the South Korean tech giant, has interacted with Cardano founder, Charles Hoskinson.
This interaction may confirm the recent exposure of Samsung to the Cardano blockchain. Recently Samsung partnered with Veritree, a blockchain planting management system based on Cardano.
Cardano foundation explained this partnership as a move to plant two million trees in Madagascar to counter climate change. The partnership was first made public in Las Vegas during the Consumer Electronics Show.
ADA foundation wrote:
“Another great initiative powered by the Cardano. Samsung US to plant 2 million trees in Madagascar by the end of the first quarter of 2022 in partnership with veritree, a Cardano blockchain-based climate solutions platform.”
