Shiba Inu advances its partnership with the John Richmond fashion brand.

Following degrading comments made during the announcement of Shiba Inu’s collaboration with Italian luxury fashion brand John Richmond earlier this year, the SHIB team has taken significant steps toward silencing critics.

According to reports, the Shiba Inu team has commenced negotiations with top supermodels who will wear different John Richmond brands featuring SHIB designs.

Although the anonymous source who revealed the development did not disclose the names of these supermodels, he claimed that these supermodels have a large fanbase globally, and will contribute in promoting Shiba Inu across the world.

Kusama Blasts Critics

Celebrating the achievement, Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of Shiba Inu tweeted earlier today saying people who doubted the team’s partnership with John Richmond would have to eat their worlds since things appear to be progressing between the partners.

Shytoshi Kusama said he lacks the appropriate words to say to critics who still believe that getting supermodels to wear SHIB designs made by John Richmond is not a legendary development.

The Shiba Inu lead developer said he believes that if the initiative is replicated by other cryptocurrency firms, critics will heap praise on these projects while ignoring similar efforts made by the SHIB team.

“Oh man… anyone who doubts the Shib x .@JRichmondstyle collaboration is going to eat their words on a sesame seed bun. And if you don’t think a supermodel wearing Shib designs isn’t revolutionary, then there is nothing else I can say. But I’m sure clones will follow & get praised,” Kusama said.

 Critics Come After Shiba Inu

In recent times, Shiba Inu (SHIB) has been the recipient of criticisms from rival cryptocurrency projects, especially Dogecoin (DOGE).

Shiba Inu, which initially launched as a memecoin in August 2020, has experienced tremendous growth in all aspects, as its developers have continued to roll out significant features.

The dog-themed cryptocurrency project has entered into various partnerships in a bid to foster the growth of its reputation beyond the expectations of its vibrant community.

Last month, Shibetoshi Nakamoto, the founder of Dogecoin, criticized the Shiba Inu team for launching its metaverse project.
