SHIB holders think PlayStation wants to launch a SHIB-themed game.
Popular video gaming brand PlayStation recently attracted the interest of the SHIB community after it mentioned “Shiba Inu” in a tweet. While sharing the teaser of an upcoming puzzle game titled Humanity, PlayStation called on gamers to “play as a Shiba Inu” and “guide crowds through trials.”
PlayStation also shared other game features, including that Humanity allows gamers to “build custom stages.” It promised to share further details about the game in subsequent demos. Interestingly, PlayStation’s mention of Shiba Inu has excited members of the SHIBArmy. These Shiba Inu enthusiasts are seen tagging the official Twitter handle of the cryptocurrency and other top SHIB influencers, including Lucie.

Following PlayStation’s mention of Shiba Inu, some SHIB enthusiasts believe the upcoming puzzle game is themed after the cryptocurrency.
Entirely Unrelated
However, the upcoming Humanity game is not themed after the 15th-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.
PlayStation’s mention of Shiba Inu was due to game design. Notably, players will take on the role of a Shiba Inu dog, tasked with guiding crowds through different trials and unlocking new powers.
Some Shiba Inu enthusiasts are yet to understand the game concept, hoping to get more details from SHIB team members.
SHIB Holders Can Buy PlayStation Gift Cards
Although the upcoming Humanity game is entirely unrelated to Shiba Inu, SHIB holders can still use the token to purchase PlayStation gift cards, thanks to BitPay.
BitPay allows users to buy PlayStation gift cards using Shiba Inu as a payment method.
According to BitPay, gamers must download the BitPay app and select PlayStation from the gift card section. Choose the amount you want to buy and pay with SHIB.
