Shiba Inu’s lead developer’s commitment to the community intensifies as Shibarium, the anticipated decentralized ecosystem, approaches its launch.
Shytoshi Kusama, the influential figure leading the Shiba Inu (SHIB) project, has reaffirmed his unwavering dedication to the community, sending waves of excitement as Shibarium, the highly anticipated decentralized ecosystem, draws near.
Kusama’s recent remarks in a Telegram chat not only fueled optimism but also addressed concerns within the community.
A Shibarium admin asked Kusama about updates concerning the LEASH token in Telegram. Kusama’s response exuded confidence and determination. “Incoming. All incoming. I’m not playing around. We finish strong,” the Shiba Inu lead developer remarked.
Jolt, a prominent member of the Shiba Inu community, wasted no time sharing Kusama’s response with the Shiba Inu community on Twitter.

Notably, Jolt highlighted the rising value of LEASH, accompanied by a comment urging SHIB armies to seize the opportunity. The attached screenshot in Jolt’s tweet revealed LEASH’s impressive price surge of 5.1% to $293.76, reinforcing the growing momentum behind the Shiba Inu project.
Kusama’s Role Diminishes as Shibarium Launch Nears
Building upon this positive momentum, Kusama engaged in a conversation within another Telegram chat, addressing concerns and dispelling doubts that had infiltrated the community.
He acknowledged that some individuals had lost hope, possibly due to misplaced trust in other figures. Kusama highlighted the involvement of a diverse team in Shibarium that included individuals he had never met.
However, Kusama clarified that his role would soon diminish as Shibarium, the culmination of their efforts, approached its launch.
He firmly stated, “I’ve already said I will no longer be necessary. I’ve already said Shibarium is near.”
Recall that last month the Shiba Inu team leader said Shibarium was much “closer than expected,” as The Crypto Basic disclosed. Also, the SHIB development team has taken one step closer to the launch of Shibarium early this month by unveiling a physical product.
Ultimately, Kusama’s resolute words conveyed his confidence in the upcoming milestone and encouraged community members to redirect their energy toward supporting one another and uplifting the entire ecosystem.
