The development comes days after LEASH secured listing on Cayman Islands-based cryptocurrency exchange, StealthEx.

LEASH has been generating significant buzz after Shytoshi Kusama hinted at the revelation of a new utility for LEASH on August 16. This upcoming utility is poised to grant LEASH a pivotal role within the Shiba Inu Ecosystem.

This latest move places Crypto.com among the select top-tier exchanges that have embraced complete support for the SHIB Trifecta. The trifecta includes Shiba Inu (SHIB), Bone ShibaSwap (BONE), and LEASH.

Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of SHIB, took to Twitter to laud this momentous development. His tweet reads: “VERY NICE! BTW, a nice platform Crypto.com. Great design. Keep up the great work!”

As of press time, LEASH is trading at $632.15, up 4.67% over the last day, with a 24-hour trading volume of $3,542,334. ($3.54 million).

Crypto.com’s history with the Shiba Inu stretches back to May 10, 2021, when it became one of the pioneering exchanges to list SHIB. As months passed, the exchange expanded its support for Shiba Inu by integrating it into its DeFi Wallet, allowing users to earn interest on SHIB holdings.

The momentum continued in March 2023, when Crypto.com integrated Shiba Inu’s Governance token, Bone ShibaSwap (BONE), into its platform. This marks another significant milestone in the ongoing partnership.

Moving forward, Crypto.com introduced a new shopping feature in June 2023. This feature enabled users to shop from over 150 renowned brands, including Apple, Ray-Ban, and Nike, using SHIB and other popular cryptocurrencies.
