Etherscan.io data recently revealed that the total SHIB tokens locked in the official SHIB burn address reached 410,358,347,683,931 (410.35 trillion) SHIB. This sizable stash now holds a valuation of $3,414,181,452 ($3.41 billion), marking a remarkable milestone for the Shiba Inu token.

Vitalik Buterin, Blaze Token (BLZE), the mysterious wallet, Koyo Token (KOY), and MARSWAP (MSWAP) make up the list of top SHIB burners of all time.

Shiba Inu made waves in the crypto market for the first time in May 2021, when Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum (ETH), executed the most substantial SHIB burn in history. He transferred a record-breaking 410,241,996,771,871 (410.24 trillion) Shiba Inu tokens, valued at $3,413,213,413 ($3.41 billion), to the dead wallet in a record transaction.

Blaze Token (BLZE)

Blaze Token emerged as the second top SHIB burner of all time. The community-driven project set fire to 11,707,948,935 (11.70 billion) SHIB, worth $96,695 through multiple transactions since its inception in May 2023.

Mysterious Wallet

The mysterious wallet managed to secure the third spot by sending 10,000,000,000 (10 billion) SHIB, valued at $124,300, to the inferno addresses in a single transaction on May 18, 2022.

Koyo Token (KOY)

Koyo Token, the community-driven token, is recognized as the fourth top SHIB burner of all time. The project has permanently removed 9,493,893,373 (9.49 billion) Shiba Inu tokens worth $78,410 from circulation via hundreds of individual transactions since its inception in March 2023.

MARSWAP (MSWAP)

Founded in May 2023, MARSWAP (MSWAP), a native token of MARSWAP DEX, has just achieved a significant milestone. The community-led burn project destroyed nearly 5 billion Shiba Inu tokens through multiple transactions in the past ninety days.

24-Hour Burn

Shiba Inu Community has transferred 115,413,903 (115.41 million) SHIB to the dead wallet through twenty separate transactions in the past 24 hours.

Despite the significant burn activity, the Shiba Inu burn rate plunged -88.61 percent compared to the previous day. On August 22, the Community set fire to a record 1,013,502,366 (1.01 billion) SHIB via 24 individual transactions.
