Shiba Inu ranks as the third most secure meme-based project on CertiK’s security leaderboard.

With a security score of 90.74, Shiba Inu now ranks as the third most secure meme-based project on CertiK’s Skynet. According to data from CertiK, it is only behind Floki Inu (FLOKI) and Memecoin (MEME).

In addition, the token’s security rating also places it in the 62nd position among all crypto assets on CertiK. Commenting on the development, CertiK said:

Shiba Inu Ranks Among AA Projects

For context, CertiK grades all cryptocurrencies on its platform on a scale of 0 to 100. Based on their scores, these projects are classified into various levels: AAA, AA, BB, B, and C.

With a security score of 90.74%, Shiba Inu is listed among the AA projects on CertiK. Despite ranking at the AA level, Shiba Inu can still make its way to the AAA list.

The team behind the Shiba Inu project is known for its commitment to enhancing the ecosystem’s security infrastructure.

For instance, last year, Shiba Inu made its way to the AAA-listed projects in less than three months after it was downgraded to AA. The cryptocurrency can still replicate a similar feat in the coming months if the team resolves any known security flaw.

Other Security Scores and Fixes

Data from CertiK’s platform shows that the Shiba Inu ecosystem team has solved 11 minor, one medium, eight major, and ten informational issues.

At the time of writing this line, Shiba Inu’s operational resilience score is 92.89%, fundamental health is at 73.25%, governance strength is 95.8%, and market stability score is now around 96.2%.

Additionally, Shiba Inu’s community trust and code security scores currently stand at 95.8% and 92.65%, respectively.

CertiK has built a reputation in the industry and has audited thousands of crypto projects, including Shiba Inu and its partner Bad Idea AI (BAD). While Shiba Inu was audited in 2021, CertiK completed Bad Idea’s audit in 2023.
