Let Me Show You What’s Actually Happening Here with XRP: Top Trader

XRP price faces a technical test as traders watch whether the recent recovery can hold above an important support level.

Widely followed trader 360Trader highlighted the setup on X, noting that XRP was trading at $1.51, or 6.6% above its 50-day moving average on Binance, when the analysis was posted.

The trader said XRP was still pressing against its daily trend despite weak trading volume, suggesting that the move had yet to receive strong confirmation.

XRP Price Must Hold $1.37

“Let me show you what’s actually happening here,” the trader wrote before outlining the key levels.

According to 360Trader, $1.37 is the key level to watch. Holding above it would keep the current structure intact, while a break below it would alter XRP’s technical setup. Notably, $1.37 coincides with XRP’s 200-day EMA, making it an important long-term support level.

The trader added that the next move will determine whether XRP sees further follow-through or fades into the following week.

XRP Remains Up 4.24% Monthly

Meanwhile, XRP has pulled back from the $1.51 level highlighted by 360Trader. According to CoinMarketCap data, XRP is currently trading around $1.46.

The cryptocurrency is down 2.7% over the past 24 hours and 2.32% over the past week. Despite the recent weakness, XRP remains up 4.24% over the past month.

With the ongoing dip, $1.37 is an important level for traders to watch, as holding above it preserves the current structure, while a breakdown could put the recent recovery under pressure.

Other Analysts Watch Key $1.45–$1.52 Levels

Other market watchers share a similar view to 360Trader. Earlier this week, analyst Ali Martinez argued for a bullish setup after XRP price broke above a descending resistance line on the four-hour chart. He said that holding above $1.50 could push XRP toward $1.62.

However, ChartNerd is more cautious, pointing to repeated fake breakouts. The analyst sees $1.45 as key support and $1.50–$1.52 as resistance. A break above that range could open the way toward $1.54–$1.62, while a drop below $1.45 would weaken the bullish outlook.

Meanwhile, analyst CW says XRP is showing strong accumulation, with an “Extreme” accumulation score of 100/100 over 48 four-hour periods. Low volatility and weak trend indicators suggest that the token remains in a tight range as buyers quietly accumulate.

Longer term, Peter Brandt sees a potential cup-and-handle pattern targeting around $2.16, though he says the pattern is still developing and warns of significant selling pressure at higher levels.

In sum, $1.35 to $1.45 is critical support, while $1.50–$1.55 is the key breakout zone. Holding above this range could open the way toward the $1.62 target, while falling below $1.37 would weaken the bullish setup.
