Ultimate Crypto names a coin worth watching after XRP and QNT broke similar long-term triangle structures, while this altcoin remains near a key multi-year setup.
Market research community Ultimate Crypto is drawing attention to Litecoin’s long-term price structure, arguing that LTC is worth watching after similar multi-year setups in XRP and Quant produced major breakouts. Its comparison shows XRP and QNT already escaping large triangle formations, while LTC remains compressed inside its own structure.
Ultimate Crypto, which covers crypto, stocks, metals, macro markets and on-chain data, summed up the comparison by saying: “If you missed XRP and QNT, keep an eye on LTC for the long term.”

The charts do not suggest that Litecoin must repeat either asset’s gains. Instead, they compare how all three spent years forming lower highs against rising support before reaching important breakout points.
XRP Broke Its Multi-Year Triangle Before a 742% Expansion
The XRP chart uses three-month candles and tracks a large symmetrical triangle that developed after the asset’s 2018 peak.
Its upper trendline declined from the $3 area, while the lower boundary rose from XRP’s 2020 lows. Price eventually pushed above the descending resistance during the late-2024 rally.
The chart measures an advance of approximately 742.67%, from the lower part of the structure to around $3.0687.
XRP subsequently traded even higher before entering its current correction. It now changes hands around $1.49, with a market cap of roughly $93.8 billion, according to CoinMarketCap.
The important point in the comparison is the sequence: years of compression, a breakout above descending resistance, then a much larger price expansion.
QNT Recently Followed a Similar Path
Quant’s two-month chart shows another long-term triangle.
QNT spent several years producing lower highs beneath descending resistance while repeatedly defending a rising support line in the roughly $50-$70 region.
The latest move broke sharply through the upper trendline. The chart measures QNT’s advance to approximately $299.83, representing a gain of around 427.92% from the referenced low.
QNT currently trades near $282.84, up about 25.8% over 24 hours, with a market cap of approximately $3.41 billion.
The breakout has also coincided with a major development for Quant. On Sept. 24, The Clearing House selected Quant to provide the interoperability and transaction-management technology for its On-Chain Money Initiative, a tokenized-deposit network expected to become available to participating financial institutions in the first half of 2027.
Litecoin Has Not Confirmed the Same Breakout Yet
Litecoin is the incomplete part of the comparison.
Its three-month chart shows LTC compressing inside a large triangle extending from the 2018 period. The descending resistance line connects progressively lower cycle highs, while rising support has contained several major pullbacks.
The latest candles recently tested that lower trendline around the $40-$50 region before recovering. However, LTC remains below the descending upper boundary, which currently sits in the high-double-digit to roughly $100 region on the chart.
This means Litecoin has not yet produced the equivalent breakout already seen in XRP and QNT.
LTC currently trades around $66.85, with a market cap of approximately $5.19 billion. Its circulating supply stands at 77.67 million LTC against a maximum supply of 84 million.
The asset has nevertheless shown stronger short-term activity. Litecoin surged about 24% in a single day on Sept. 25, accompanied by increased network activity, futures positioning and trading volume, before pulling back from the low-$70 region.
LTC, XRP and QNT Have One Major Difference
The three charts share similar compression structures, but the assets differ considerably in size and supply.
XRP carries a market cap above $90 billion, compared with roughly $5.2 billion for LTC and $3.4 billion for QNT. XRP has a maximum supply of 100 billion tokens, Litecoin is capped at 84 million, while QNT’s total supply is about 14.88 million.
Those differences mean XRP’s 742% move and QNT’s 428% expansion cannot simply be applied to Litecoin as price targets.
For LTC, the technical confirmation remains straightforward: price would first need to break and hold above its long-term descending resistance. Until that happens, Litecoin remains inside the multi-year triangle that Ultimate Crypto is comparing with the earlier XRP and QNT setups.
