XRP Treasury Firm Evernorth Says Something Special Is Planned for Ripple Swell 2026

Evernorth, the XRP treasury company backed by Ripple, has hinted at a special announcement at Ripple Swell 2026, taking place in New York City from October 27 to 29.

In a post on X, Evernorth said, “Something special is planned for Ripple Swell 2026,” but did not reveal any details.

The teaser comes ahead of Ripple’s annual conference, where financial institutions, payment companies, regulators, and crypto industry leaders gather to discuss blockchain and digital finance.

Evernorth Joins Ripple Swell 2026 as an Official Partner

Evernorth is an official partner of Ripple Swell 2026, alongside Ondo, RedotPay, SALT Conference, Water, the XRP Ledger Foundation, XRPL Commons, and ZILO.

The conference will take place at The Shed in Hudson Yards, New York City. This year, Ripple Swell, XRPL Apex, and UBRI Connect will be held together, bringing financial institutions, blockchain developers, and academic researchers under one roof.

Notably, Evernorth went public on Nasdaq this month under the ticker XRPN. The company focuses on holding XRP as a publicly traded treasury firm and is backed by Ripple.

Former Ripple exec Asheesh Birla is Evernorth’s CEO. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and XRP Ledger co-creator David Schwartz are among its advisors.

What Will Evernorth Announce?

Evernorth has not revealed what it plans to announce at Ripple Swell 2026. It could be a new product, a partnership, or an update to its XRP treasury operations.

Given its focus on XRP and its connection to Ripple, the announcement could involve institutional XRP investments or the wider XRP Ledger ecosystem.

As the conference approaches, Evernorth’s teaser has added to the excitement around an event focused on traditional finance, digital assets, and blockchain technology.

Ripple Swell Agenda Focuses on XRP Ledger Developments

Meanwhile, Ripple Swell 2026 will cover institutional adoption, tokenization, stablecoins, digital asset management, and the future of the XRP Ledger (XRPL).

One key session, titled “Building What’s Next for XRPL,” will feature David Schwartz and Ripple engineering director Ayo Akinyele on October 28 at 4:30 p.m. ET.

The session will discuss new developments in privacy, artificial intelligence, decentralized finance, scalability, and technology for financial institutions.

Other sessions will explore how AI could automate payments, how real-world assets can be tokenized, and how financial institutions can use blockchain technology.

Ripple will also present updates on payments, stablecoins, treasury management, and the use of XRP.

Speakers from Robinhood, BNY, CME Group, Coinbase Institutional, and other financial and technology companies are also expected to attend.
