Arthur Hayes’ Ethereum Purchases Top $5M in Five Days After Fresh $2.53M Buy

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes has continued to increase his exposure to Ethereum, purchasing 1,332.5 ETH worth approximately $2.53 million in a transaction recorded about three hours ago.

The latest purchase comes just days after Hayes acquired 1,293 ETH, valued at roughly $2.48 million, on July 16. Together, the two transactions bring his total Ethereum accumulation over the past five days to 2,625 ETH, worth around $5.01 million. 

The renewed accumulation comes as Ethereum has gained 8.3% over the past week, climbing back above $1,900. At the time of writing, ETH was trading at $1,933.
