A cryptocurrency whale has withdrawn 281,140 Chainlink (LINK) tokens worth approximately $2.45 million from Binance, extending a recent pattern of large holders moving assets into self-custody wallets.

The receiving wallet, identified by blockchain tracker label Token Millionaire, accumulated the LINK before transferring the tokens off the exchange. On-chain data also shows the wallet was funded with Ethereum (ETH) from Binance 58 days earlier to cover transaction fees.

The wallet involved in the transfer is 0x79716381eead91f1f278d258a43d3790c1f693da.

The latest withdrawal comes amid renewed strength in Chainlink’s market performance. LINK has gained 19.4% over the past 30 days and was trading at $8.79 at the time of writing.
