Circle President Heath Tarbert Discloses $30.77M in Share Sales Since June 2025, SEC Filings Show 

Circle President and former CFTC Chairman Heath Tarbert has disclosed sales of about $30.77 million in CRCL shares across 10 transactions since June 2025, according to SEC Form 4 filings. 

The filings indicate that most of the transactions stemmed from option exercises followed by share sales. Even after the disposals, Tarbert remains a significant shareholder with approximately 503,000 CRCL shares. The filings also do not show any open-market purchases by the executive during the period.

The disclosures come after sharp swings in Circle’s share price. In a previous interview with FOX Business, Tarbert addressed the stock’s drop from roughly $260 to about $62, saying management is prioritizing the company’s long-term mission over short-term market performance. He added that if Circle successfully builds internet-based financial infrastructure, shareholder value should ultimately reflect that progress.
