Circle Renews Coinbase Partnership, Keeps USDC Central to Coinbase Ecosystem

Circle has renewed its partnership with Coinbase under its current terms, keeping USDC at the center of the exchange’s product ecosystem, the company said. It added that it will continue pursuing distribution agreements with other strategic partners.

Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Fox-Geen said Circle has no plans to introduce a quarterly dividend, saying the company believes deploying capital toward growth and strategic initiatives will deliver stronger long-term returns for shareholders.

Circle, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), issues USDC, the world’s second-largest dollar-backed stablecoin by market value.
