CleanCore Solutions has largely unwound its Dogecoin treasury, selling substantially all of its remaining 463 million DOGE for roughly $33.4 million as the company shifts its focus toward AI infrastructure.
The sale took place on July 20, according to a CleanCore prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The filing said the transaction effectively ended the company’s digital-asset treasury segment.
Separately, CleanCore completed a $100 million public offering as part of its push into AI infrastructure. The financing increased its outstanding common shares by about 121.9%, from 226.3 million to 502.1 million.
The offering also included pre-funded warrants covering about 124.2 million shares and investor warrants covering as many as 400 million additional shares, leaving scope for further dilution if exercised.
CleanCore said it intends to use the offering’s net proceeds primarily to develop AI critical-infrastructure opportunities, including its Minnesota project, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Dogecoin was trading at $0.0909 at the time of writing, up 30.3% over the past seven days.
