Ethereum Jumps 18.5% as Whales Withdraw 54,704 ETH From Binance

Ethereum’s 18.5% rally was accompanied by a series of large Binance outflows, with three wallets withdrawing about $121 million worth of ETH as the cryptocurrency traded at $2,280.

The largest transaction came from wallet 0x2d59, which withdrew 30,000 ETH valued at $67.42 million. That brought the address’s cumulative withdrawals from Binance over the past three weeks to 120,000 ETH, worth $237.7 million.

Abraxas Capital accounted for another 18,000 ETH, valued at $39.56 million, withdrawn from the exchange during the day.

Separately, newly created wallet 0x2261 moved 6,704 ETH, worth about $14 million, out of Binance.

The three latest withdrawals totaled 54,704 ETH. They occurred as ETH climbed toward the $2,300 level, with the token changing hands at about $2,280 at the time of the reported transactions.
