Ethereum Whale Withdraws $8.77M in ETH From Coinbase, Galaxy Digital and Others

A crypto whale withdrew 4,650 Ethereum worth about $8.77 million from four major trading firms and exchanges within an hour as ETH remained below the $1,900 level, according to blockchain analytics platform Onchain Lens.

Specifically, the withdrawals were made from Coinbase, Galaxy Digital, FalconX, and Cumberland, with the transferred Ethereum valued at about $8.77 million at the time.

The fund movement occurred while ETH was priced at $1,881, putting the cryptocurrency about 62% below its all-time high of $4,946 recorded on Aug. 24, 2025.
