World Liberty Financial’s USD1 stablecoin is being used as a payment option on WorldClaw, an AI platform based in Hong Kong that provides access to dozens of Chinese-developed AI models, according to Reuters.

The arrangement enables USD1 to be used as payment on a platform offering 90 AI models. Reuters identified 43 of those models as products of Chinese companies, including DeepSeek, Alibaba, Baidu, Z.ai and Moonshot.

World Liberty, the crypto venture in which U.S. President Donald Trump’s family holds a 38% stake, also has a personnel connection to WorldClaw. World Liberty executive Ryan Fang serves as an external adviser to the AI platform.

Several of the Chinese companies whose models are available through WorldClaw have faced restrictions or scrutiny from U.S. authorities over national-security or technology concerns, Reuters reported.

Reuters found no indication that the collaboration violates U.S. law. The financial terms of the relationship between World Liberty and WorldClaw could not be determined.
