Katie Wood, founder, CEO, and CIO at ARK invest, proves her conviction remains strong by purchasing another Bitcoin dip on Tuesday.
According to trading reports that are published daily, Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest purchased an additional 140,157 shares in a Grayscale Bitcoin trust on Tuesday. This was for its next generation ARK Internet ETF.
ARK Invest added 310,000 GBTC share on Monday, and bought additional 140,157 shares in a Grayscale Bitcoin trust on Tuesday.
ARK currently holds 9 million GBTC shares, with a market value of $ 216 millions. ARK ETF also has have $ 234 millions worth of Coinbase shares.
Bitcoin dropped to $29,300 on July 21. This brought down the rest of market.. The substantial market correction made ARK Invest to buy more BTC.
Wood predicted previously that the BTC would eventually surpass $500,000 in the long-term.
Ark Invest CEO Katie Wood stated that Bitcoin will still reach $500,000 in a recent interview with Carol Massar of Bloomberg despite of ongoing sell-off.
