Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced that it will support network updates and hard forks of the Avalanche, Tezos, and Theta Network.
During the upgrades, the Binance will suspend deposits and withdrawals in AVAX, XTZ, and THETA, respectively.

Avalanche:
The Avalanche (AVAX) network upgrade will take place at approximately 2021-12-02, 18:00 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of AVAX tokens will be suspended starting from 2021-12-02 17:00 (UTC).

Avalanche network upgrade includes the following improvements:
- Atomic transfers of native ANT tokens between X-Chain, C-Chain, and P-Chain blockchains.
- Batching of atomic transactions.
- Optimization of the algorithm for calculating commissions in the contract chain (C-Chain).
Tezos:
The Tezos (XTZ) network upgrade will take place at the Tezos block height of 1,916,929, or at approximately 2021-12-03 16:20 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of XTZ will be suspended starting from approximately 2021-12-03 15:20 (UTC).

The developers indicated that the Tezos upcoming upgrade will lay the groundwork for the scheduled 2022 consensus update – Tenderbake.
It includes the following improvements:
- View functions that allow smart contracts to read data from the storage of other smart contracts.
- The Timelock primitive type will allow to broadcast transactions to the mempool in encrypted form and decrypt them immediately before signing the block. This is how the developers plan to fight flash bots.
- Caching data is regularly accessed by smart contracts.
- Introduction of a global table of constants.
THETA
The THETA (THETA) network upgrade and a hard fork will take place at THETA block height of 13,123,789 or approximately at 2021-12-05 01:00 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of THETA will be suspended approximately starting from 2021-12-05 00:00 (UTC).
