Playside Studios (PLY) shares price jumped more than 4% to $0.83 after Australia’s largest publicly listed video games developer entered into a material fixed price work-for-hire development agreement with Shiba Inu Games, a derivative entity formed from the globally recognized Ethereum-based token and decentralized cryptocurrency Shiba Inu (SHIB).
The deal is first officially announced by Playside Studios (PLY) via publishing the press release on its official website. Later, Shib’s Official Twitter handle confirmed the partnership deal via tweet.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) team noted that the contract signed by Playside Studios (PLY) with Shiba Inu is on a fixed-price, both will develop a multiplayer Collectable Card Game, and is planned to be released on multiple platforms. Playside Studios (PLY) also made this aspect clear via Press release by saying:
“This is a fixed-price development agreement and does not include a revenue share. Playside will be paid in USD currency and will not trade or participate in cryptocurrency as part of this agreement.”
In another tweet, Shib’s team expressed its excitement for the future and gives warm welcome to PlaysideStudios x Shiba Inu Games.

Playside Studios CEO, Gerry Sakkas said:

The scale of the agreement with Shiba Inu Games is also significant and highlights the depth of our capabilities as we continue to grow our business.”
Formerly, Shiba Inu games — have hired legendary veteran video game designer and developer William David Volk, former VP of Technology at Activision, to lead the design and implementation of the game, which is being developed by an “AAA Game Studio”.
Willaim Volk also expressed his views on Shib’s partnership with PlaySide Studios via tweet said:

On the other hand, Shytoshi Kusama, a pseudonymous Shib developer, said that he is super excited about the partnership as Playside is one of THE BEST AAA studios in the world that will deliver an incredible game across multiple platforms and genres.
