Twitter reported on Monday that fake or spam accounts represent less than 5% of Twitter’s daily active users during the first quarter. The report came after days when Elon confirmed that his main priority would be to end Twitter spam or die trying.

After the report, Elon Musk confirms that he is putting the Twitter deal to halt.
Previously board behind popular microblogging platform Twitter did not want the deal but finally announced that it has reached an agreement with Elon Musk due to regulatory affairs, a development that allowed Tesla’s CEO and founder to acquire 100% of the company’s stake.
