Shiba Inu Hints at a Partnership With The Bugatti Group

The Shiba Inu team has promised to announce the details of the partnership in a few days.

Shiba Inu enters the new year with collaborations, as the team behind Shib recently hinted at a partnership with the Bugatti Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of baggage and business accessories based in Canada.

The team teased the partnership in a recent tweet with a 7-second promotional clip depicting a Bugatti Group bag branded with several Shiba Inu art portraits. “@Shibtoken Shiboshis x @bugattigrp. Stay tuned for an upcoming event announcement in the next few days,” the tweet reads.

Neither party has provided sound information on the nature of the partnership as of press time, but that has not snuffed out the budding excitement within the Shiba Inu camp. The enigmatic feel of the collaboration has also triggered greater interest, as several proponents anticipate the product of the partnership. Some believe that the collaboration will feature Shiba Inu-themed baggage to be released by the Bugatti Group.

Recall that the Bugatti Group recently showed interest in the crypto space with the launch of its NFT project. Last November, the brand unveiled an NFT collection in partnership with Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) holders that would see it launch its unique phygital NFTs. Customers get exclusive access to products yet to be released to the public when they purchase an NFT. The Shiba Inu partnership is another step into the crypto scene.

Shiba Inu Developments

The recent collaboration is one of several partnerships Shib has made with notable brands. Last August, English fashion designer John Richmond shared illustrations of the long-lasting NFT partnership between his brand and Shiba Inu a few weeks before The Milan Fashion Week of 2022. The partnership was inked in February 2022.

Furthermore, last July, SHIB also partnered with American virtual reality firm The Third Floor to develop its Metaverse project, as previously reported. A partnership with Travala, a top traveling website, was also announced in November 2022.

Besides its partnerships, Shiba Inu has introduced some recent developments that have triggered renewed interest in the asset. Recent reports confirmed that Shibarium, the much-anticipated Layer 2 blockchain solution for Shiba Inu, will facilitate SHIB burns with each transaction carried out on the protocol.
