Shiba Inu (SHIB) Leads the Way on CoinMarketCap’s Weekly Trending Coins List, with Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) Securing the Tenth Spot.
Shiba Inu (SHIB) has emerged as the most trending coin of the week, according to the latest report released by CoinMarketCap. The popular canine-themed cryptocurrency has beaten out major players like Bitcoin (BTC) and Polygon (MATIC) to secure the top spot.

In addition, the native gas token of Shiba Inu’s L2 Solution, Bone ShibaSwap, has also secured a spot on the top 10 trending coins list, coming in at number ten.
Other notable coins that made a list include Optimism (OP) at the second spot, SingularityNET (AGX) in the third, and Bitcoin (BTC) in the fourth. Floki Inu (FLOKI), STEPN (GMT), Baby DogeCoin (BabyDoge), Polygon (MATIC), and Bitgert (BRISE) also made it to the list of top 10.
SHIB has been making significant strides in the crypto market; Shiba Inu also became the most searched token on Huobi Global.
It has also secured a spot in the top 10 biggest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, excluding stablecoins.
Shib has overtaken Coinbase’s stablecoin USDC to become the third-largest asset in Crypto.com’s reserve of digital assets.
In the meantime, the SHIB lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, hints at integrating the Shiba Inu Collectible Card Game dubbed “Shiba Eternity” with MetaMask to drive adoption.
