Ralph Lauren Becomes Latest Luxury Brand to Accept Shiba Inu (SHIB) Payments at Miami Store.
In a major move towards crypto adoption, Ralph Lauren has partnered with BitPay to accept payments in sixteen cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Shiba Inu, at its new luxury-themed retail concept store in Miami’s Design District. The announcement is made public via tweet.

This marks the first time Ralph Lauren accepts crypto payments in any of its stores, joining the growing list of companies that recognize the importance of crypto payments and blockchain technology.
Customers can now purchase a range of men’s and women’s clothing, accessories, and one-of-a-kind handbags and accessories at Ralph Lauren’s Miami Design District store using their preferred crypto wallets. Refunds will also be given in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment.
Ralph Lauren has also announced a multi-tiered partnership with Miami-based Web3 leisure community Poolsuite, gifting all members a Poolsuite x Ralph Lauren NFT that will unlock access to an exclusive in-person event.

The move follows similar steps taken by other luxury brands, including Gucci, which announced in May 2022 that it would accept payments in cryptocurrencies such as Shiba Inu, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Dogecoin (DOGE) in some of its U.S. stores.
