Binance Pay is helping Shiba Inu to grow as a payment method.

Shiba Inu, the popular canine-themed cryptocurrency, has taken the crypto world by storm with its recent surge in mainstream adoption. The adoption of SHIB has been fueled by its support through several payment gateways.

Binance Pay, a leading crypto payment service powered by Binance, added support for Shiba Inu in November 2022, and it became a key driver for SHIB to be accepted as payment.

Binance Pay and Shiba Inu

Binance Pay added support for Shiba Inu in Nov last year; since then, SHIB can be accepted as a payment method in stores and merchants across various countries around the world. Below are some distinguished partnerships that made SHIB available globally as payment.

Recently Over 200 Coingate-powered merchants, a top Bahrain real estate developer, Ingenico, and more than 600 vendors in Georgia, including Radisson Hotels and Wendy’s, have all embraced Shiba Inu payments with the help of Binance Pay.

Binance partnered with Lithuania-based fintech company CoinGate to enable Binance Pay users to make payments across 200 CoinGate-powered merchants using Shiba Inu (SHIB). This partnership comes after a series of strategic moves by Binance to promote SHIB as a viable payment option.

Earlier this year, Bahrain’s top real estate developer Bin Faqeeh announced its support for SHIB via Binance Pay, enabling its clients to purchase real estate properties using the popular canine-themed cryptocurrency.

In February 2023, Ingenico, a global leader in payment acceptance solutions, also teamed up with Binance to introduce a payment solution allowing customers to pay with Bitcoin, Shiba Inu (SHIB), and other cryptocurrencies using Binance Pay at eligible stores.

In addition, Binance has expanded its payment service to Georgia in partnership with a leading crypto payment gateway, CityPay.io. This has enabled over 600 Georgian vendors, including Wendy’s and Radisson Hotel, to accept Shiba Inu as a payment.

With increasing mainstream adoption and support from top companies and payment gateways, Shiba Inu is set to reach a wider audience and significantly impact the world of cryptocurrency.
