Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse is confident that the leading Silicon Valley tech company will win the lawsuit against the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Garlinghouse made this known during the XRP Las Vegas 2023 event held over the weekend.

Recall that over the weekend, Ripple CEO met with XRP community members at the XRP Las Vegas 2023, a two-day event for XRP enthusiasts. Notably, the event is tipped to become the Bitcoin Miami conference for the XRP community.
As reported by Crypto Basic, Garlinghouse took to Twitter to praise XRP community members for the love and support they have shown Ripple throughout the legal battle against the SEC.
Ripple To Spent $200M Against SEC
According to CNBC, During the Dubai Fintech Summit, Brad Garlinghouse stated that Ripple is projected to spend $200 million before the ongoing legal dispute with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ends.
“With the SEC, we will spend — this is the first time I’ve shared this publicly — by the time all’s said and done, we will have spent $200 million defending ourselves against a lawsuit.”
