Top XRP community member shares facts indicating that Ripple is not going anywhere, nor is it about to lose the legal battle with the SEC.

Ashley Prosper, a renowned XRP community member, noted that Ripple is not disappearing nor losing its case against the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

In a tweet today, Prosper backed his assertions by listing Ripple and XRP-related events announced recently.

Facts Indicating that Ripple Does not Plan to Disappear

Prosper referenced Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse’s prediction on the end date of the lawsuit. As reported earlier, Garlinghouse speculated that the case would end in weeks, not months.

The XRP community member further noted that Garlinghouse liked a tweet by popular influencer Digital Asset Investor, stating that the lawsuit is over.

For Prosper, another fact that proves Ripple will not lose the lawsuit nor disappear anytime soon is the upcoming Elemental movie from Disney, which is scheduled to be released on June 16. Prosper highlighted that the movie will feature fire and water characters named “Ember LUMEN and Brook RIPPLE.”  Tagging Ripple CTO, he writes, “Joel Katz says Ripple has water and Amazon has Fire.”

In addition, he referred to a video making the rounds in the crypto community about Google Assistant, stating that the XRP price won’t be available after June 13.

Prosper also talked about some recent milestones recorded by Ripple. These include Ripple’s acquisition of crypto custody firm Metaco, the congratulatory message from NASDAQ, the recently launched CBDC platform, and a partnership deal between two users of Ripple’s solutions – Tranglo and Al Ansari Exchange.

With all these facts listed by Prosper, the XRP community member asserted that the blockchain company does not seem like one that will disappear anytime soon nor lose the lawsuit against the securities regulator.

“[Ripple] doesn’t sound like a company that’s about to lose a lawsuit and disappear any time soon,” said Prosper.

Prosper Expects Summary Judgment Decision Next Month

It bears mentioning that Prosper is a prominent XRP community member who filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in 2022 demanding communications between SEC and JPMorgan regarding Ripple.

The XRP enthusiast has also predicted the end date for the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit. In March, Prosper listed six potential end dates for the case: March 23, March 31, April 1, May 29, June 5, and June 21. Only two dates are left in his prediction – June 5 and June 21.

With most Ripple and XRP-related events expected to occur in June, Prosper seems confident that the lawsuit will end in the same month.

However, the pro-XRP lawyer noted that one major event that could guarantee the lawsuit’s conclusion by next month is when CNBC’s Jim Cramer speculates that the case will never end in June. Notably, crypto enthusiasts often tease Cramer for giving predictions that go in the opposite direction.
