Fortune Magazine has recognized Ripple as a top-class workplace for millennials in its 2023 list of top 100 companies.

The San Francisco-based cross-border payment firm and crypto solutions company Ripple has been spotlighted by Fortune, a leading media organization, among the 100 best workplaces for millennials in 2023.

Reacting to the recent development, Ripple took to Twitter to express their excitement and appreciated Fortune for the recognition. The tweet read: “We’re honored to be recognized by Fortune Magazine in their roundup of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials 2023. Thank you for the recognition!”

The Silicon Valley tech company, which has Brad Garlinghouse as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ranks 27th on the 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials list shared on Tuesday.

According to the American multinational business magazine, it partnered with the global people analytics firm Great Place to Work (GWTW) to determine the Best Workplaces for Millennials in 2023.

Fortune’s methodology further involved analyzing survey responses provided by approximately half a million employees working in the United States. The report underscored employees’ satisfaction with working at Ripple, citing a conducive work environment.

Rising Recognition for Ripple

It bears noting that Fortune Magazine recognized Ripple as one of the best workplaces in the Bay Area in June 2023. The acknowledgment followed after 95% of employees at the company vouched for Ripple, touting its positive and energetic work environment.

However, Ripple and XRP did not make it to Fortune’s top 40 crypto list published in April 2023, leaving many users perplexed. The latest recognition comes shortly after the company scored a victory in the multi-year lawsuit initiated by the US SEC in 2020.

Besides Fortune Magazine, over 4,000 commercial banks in the United States may also recognize Ripple as a partner amid the court’s ruling that XRP is a non-security.
