Despite Shiba Inu’s continuous battles at the $0.00001 price territory throughout last year, market watchers remained optimistic of an imminent price surge, with projections of rallies to $0.001 and $0.01 dominating the community.
Shiba Inu Exceeds Expectations
As these projections gained steam, several analytical platforms presented possible timelines for Shiba Inu to clinch the ambitious price targets. For instance, Changelly predicted that SHIB could only clinch $0.001 between 2033 and 2040.
Meanwhile, Google’s Gemini chatbot (formerly Google Bard) argued that while such a price is near impossible for Shiba Inu to hit, a projected timeline of ten to twenty years (2034 to 2044) appears feasible. Telegaon also predicted SHIB to reach $0.001 in 2035. The asset was trading for $0.00000977 at the time.
Shiba Inu is up 259% since these projected timelines were made, a much higher appreciation rate than these entities envisioned. Notably, Changelly expected Shiba Inu to only record a maximum price of $0.00001499 this year. The asset’s current price of $0.00003510 is 134% higher than this.
SHIB is also showing potential, with the recent formation of a bull flag, which indicates an imminent resumption of the uptrend. Amid this bullish reality, Changelly and Google Bard have updated their respective outlooks on Shiba Inu, predicting the asset to hit the targets at shorter timeframes.
Updated Timelines for SHIB to Hit $0.001 and $0.01
In an updated report, analysts at Changelly now expect Shiba Inu to hit $0.001 in 2032, projecting a minimum price of $0.001098 by 2032. It bears mentioning that in the report last month, these analysts predicted SHIB to only see a minimum price of $0.0002819 in 2032.
Moreover, they expect Shiba Inu to clinch the ambitious $0.01 target between 2033 and 2040, predicting a maximum price of $0.0385 in 2040. Notably, in last month’s report, the analysts previously projected Shiba Inu to reach $0.01 in 2050, ten years after 2040.
We queried Google Bard based on the latest market developments. The AI chatbot also reviewed its previous prediction. Bard presented three scenarios for SHIB to rallt 2,749% to the $0.001 territory based on varying monthly growth rates.
In the first scenario, the chatbot predicted SHIB to surge 917% every month. If this occurs, Shiba Inu could rally to $0.001 in just three months. However, Bard also presents a scenario where Shiba Inu rallies 459% each month, leading to the $0.001 price in six months.
The chatbot’s least bullish scenario puts 12 months between Shiba Inu and the $0.001 price, projecting a 230% increase every month. Recall that Shiba Inu is up 281% over the past month, exceeding the 230% projected monthly growth rate.
SHIB’s explosive surge came on the back of the latest meme coin market run, which sent multiple meme coins to record highs. The asset now trades for $0.00003510, looking to recover the $0.00004 level. SHIB would need to sustain its bullish run to have a go at the $0.001 and $0.01 territories.
