The Shiba Inu ecosystem lead, Shytoshi Kusama, hints at plans to unveil interesting updates for SHIB in the coming weeks.
The lead developer made this known during his meet-and-greet campaign at the recently concluded TOKEN2049 Conference in Singapore.
Next 2 Weeks Will Be Interesting for SHIB
Notably, popular crypto YouTuber Raajeev Anand shared a video of him conversing with Kusama, who attended the TOKEN2049 conference in a masked costume.
According to Anand, Kusama said the next two weeks will be more interesting for Shiba Inu. However, the enigmatic leader did not provide explicit details about the so-called upcoming interesting updates.

Something Big Is Coming in Q4
Several Shiba Inu community members expectedly asked Anand to elaborate on what Kusama shared with him during their brief conversation. The YouTuber pointed out that the Shiba Inu ecosystem team is planning something big for SHIB in the fourth quarter of this year.
In a follow-up comment, he suggested that the team would unveil “some real use cases for the Shiba Inu ecosystem” in the next two weeks. While details of the upcoming use case remain unclear, the project is expected to further bolster Shiba Inu’s utility.
Kusama’s Appreciation Post
Meanwhile, Kusama confirmed that he attended the conference in an appreciation post last week. He expressed gratitude to everyone he met at the TOKEN2049 Conference, including those with whom he exchanged pleasantries.
The Shiba Inu ecosystem lead mentioned that he wished he spent more time at the conference, indicating that he left early to attend to other private matters.
It is noteworthy that Kusama’s trip to Singapore is part of his global tour, which began earlier this year at the IVS Crypto event in Kyoto, Japan. Afterward, the Shiba Inu leader visited India in July and attended the Blockchain Futuristic Conference in Canada the following month.
Despite attending these events, Kusama maintained his anonymous profile, concealing his identity behind a mask.
