Rumble Cloud, the infrastructure arm of the video platform Rumble, has announced a new collaboration with TRON DAO, one of the largest decentralized autonomous organizations.

Specifically, the partnership aims to bolster internet decentralization by combining TRON’s blockchain ecosystem with Rumble Cloud’s censorship-resistant infrastructure and scalable computing power.

Rumble Cloud to Support TRON’s Infrastructure Goals

Notably, as part of the initial phase of the partnership, Rumble Cloud will provide TRON DAO with access to its cloud services. These include a comprehensive suite of tools such as virtual machines, object and block storage, load balancing, and private cloud capabilities.

The company positions itself as an alternative to traditional cloud giants like AWS and Google Cloud, criticizing their vendor lock-in models and pricing structures. Rumble Cloud offers independent, resilient, and scalable infrastructure for projects aligned with decentralization and free expression.

Chris Pavlovski, CEO of Rumble, stated that blockchain and crypto represent a decentralized internet with the potential to drive innovation. He emphasized that it is an honor for TRON to entrust Rumble and expressed optimism about building a long-term relationship.

Justin Sun, founder of TRON, reaffirmed that they created the platform with a belief in an open, censorship-resistant internet owned by its users. He noted that the collaboration with Rumble Cloud reinforces that commitment.

Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, also praised the Rumble–TRON collaboration in a remark on X.

TRON: Leading in Stablecoin Volume, Now Strengthening Its Backbone

This announcement comes on the heels of TRON’s dominance in the stablecoin market. The network recently reclaimed the top spot as the leading blockchain for Tether (USDT). It accounts for more than 63% of global USDT circulation, with over $150 billion in volume.

With over 308 million user accounts, 10 billion total transactions, and $23 billion in total value locked (TVL) as of May 2025, TRON’s infrastructure requirements are substantial.

Leveraging Rumble Cloud’s enterprise-grade reliability helps reduce single points of failure and supports the network’s mission to remain decentralized and scalable.

The partnership shows the growing need for Web3-native infrastructure that aligns with decentralization values. While many blockchain networks still rely on centralized hosting services, TRON’s move to Rumble Cloud may serve as a blueprint for others seeking independence from conventional hyperscalers.

Rumble Cloud’s foundation in high-volume video streaming gives it an edge in handling real-time, data-intensive workloads. This makes it a powerful ally for blockchain networks prioritizing uptime and freedom from censorship.
