XRP flashes three TD Sequential buy signals near $1.31 after an extended decline, putting a possible local bottom and rebound toward $1.40 in focus.
XRP is showing a cluster of TD Sequential buy signals near $1.31 after an extended decline from the $1.50 area, raising the possibility that selling pressure is approaching exhaustion.
The daily setup now carries a Sequential 13, a TD 9, and an Aggressive 13 around the same price region.

XRP trades near $1.31 at the time of writing after spending much of October moving lower.
The latest signal cluster has appeared only after price lost several short-term support levels and returned to its lowest area on the displayed chart.
Three Buy Signals Cluster Around $1.31
The chart shows the first exhaustion marker, a Sequential 13, appearing as XRP approached the latest lows.
It was followed by a standard TD 9, while an Aggressive 13 has now formed in roughly the same zone.
These signals measure different stages of an extended directional move. A TD 9 looks for a sequence of consecutive closes that can indicate the current trend is becoming stretched.
The 13-counts go further, tracking a longer period of exhaustion.
Seeing all three appear close together strengthens the technical case that the decline is mature, but it does not confirm that the low is already in.
That distinction is important. TD Sequential readings identify conditions where a reversal can develop; buyers still need to step in and produce the price reaction.
$1.40 Is XRP’s First Recovery Test
If the $1.30-$1.32 region develops into a local floor, $1.40 becomes the first level XRP needs to recover.
From approximately $1.31, reaching $1.40 would require a gain of about 6.9%.
A move through that area would provide the first evidence that the exhaustion signals are receiving follow-through from buyers. XRP would then face the more significant resistance area around $1.50.
The chart shows that the recent decline accelerated after XRP lost the $1.50 region, making a return there a much more demanding test. From $1.31, XRP would need to recover roughly 14.5% to reach $1.50.
Buy Signals Still Need Price Confirmation
The downside remains straightforward.
If XRP continues making new lows despite the TD Sequential readings, the signals would have failed to establish an immediate turning point.
A loss of the current $1.30 area would therefore keep attention on lower support rather than the projected rebound levels.
For now, however, the setup has changed in one important respect: three separate exhaustion signals are clustering around the same price zone after a prolonged selloff.
The next test is whether that technical exhaustion translates into actual demand.
A recovery above $1.40 would strengthen the local-bottom case, while reclaiming the resistance near $1.50 would represent a much larger repair of XRP’s recent bearish structure.
