Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo received 770 JUV tokens ahead of Sunday’s match. Ronaldo became the world’s first cryptocurrency-winning footballer before the Benevento match.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick against Cagliari on 14 March, bringing his career total to 770 goals. The 36-year-old beat Pele, who shot 767 goals.
Juventus President Andrea Angelli presented Ronaldo with a jersey that read “G.O.A.T 770”. Another gift given to Ronaldo was 770 Juventus fan tokens (JUV).
