IOHK has announced a new partnership between IOHK and the European Business University of Luxembourg (EBU) to make education more accessible for all in developing countries.

EBU is an internationally recognized educational provider and non-profit organisation that specializes in higher education and certification programs. They have partnered with 36 international organizations to teach more than 2,000 students in 25 African countries.

IOHK writes:
“Working closely with Alexis Hague and Dr. James Mulli, directors at EBU, this new partnership will be sponsored by IOHK’s director of education, Lars Brünjes, in conjunction with our IOHK education team. The collaboration will give a wealth of new African students access to educational material for free, whilst also supporting our mission in the region.
The objective of this partnership is to expand the teaching and content material with the provision of courses in Plutus and Haskell to a broader audience, thereby empowering people in developing countries to learn new developer skills and become self-sufficient.”
EBU and IOHK plan to expand educational training programs. IOHK stated that they believe that the EBU can play a crucial role in expanding African students scholarship program, which will be of great benefits to potential students.
