A well-known user of the Darknet announced the sale of the personal data of Robinhood users.
This was reported by the Russian Telegram channel “Data Leaks“.
Robinhood customer data is available for sale on Darknet. The seller offers a list of 5 million emails and the full names of 2 million Robinhood customers.
The seller also states that the extended data of 310 users, including name, date of birth, and zip code, are not yet for sale.
Recall that recently Robinhood reported that attackers obtained a list of email addresses of about five million people and the full names of about two million users. Also, 310 accounts with their additional personal information are compromised, including name, date of birth, and mailing address, with a subset of approximately 10 customers having more extensive account details revealed.
According to Robinhood, social security numbers and bank card details were not disclosed and none of the users suffered financial losses.
