John Richmond to Present Shiba Inu-Themed Sporty Apparels in Florence

Shiba Inu will feature at the ongoing men’s fashion event in Florence.

Shiba Inu clothing partner John Richmond has announced that he will present a new sporty-chic line at the Pitti Immagine Uomo event in Florence, Italy. The prominent fashion designer made this known in a tweet. The Shiba Inu clothing partner revealed a new collection dubbed Richmond X, which will be presented at the ongoing men’s fashion event in Florence.

“Back to Pitti. John Richmond is expanding into new territory, launching a new sporty-chic line. Richmond X, a perfect blend of style and sophistication; this collection brings our rebellious spirit to the streets,” John Richmond said in the tweet.

The leading fashion designer added that he hopes to see members of the SHIBArmy at the event. “Presenting at Pitti in Florence. See you there SHIB ARMY,” he said.

Pitti Immagine Uomo Event

The Pitti Immagine Uomo is an ongoing men’s fashion event scheduled for four days from January 10, 2023, to January 13, 2023, in Florence, Italy. Pitti Immagine Uomo exemplifies the city’s fashion calling for more than 60 years. The event has been one of the world’s significant men’s trade fairs, especially in Italy’s leading fashion sector.

Yearly, Florence becomes the capital of men’s fashion for eight days, which comprises four days in January and another four days in June. The event dates back to February 12, 1952, when its founder Giovanni Battista Giorgini set up the fashion show in his Florence residence, Villa Torrigiani. However, the official launch date of Pitti Immagine Uomo is 1972, the year the event was solely dedicated to men’s fashion.

John Richmond is yet to share more details about his presentation at the event. Being the official clothing line partner of Shiba Inu, it is expected that the fashion designer would display Shiba Inu-themed apparel at the event.

John Richmond Boosting SHIB’s Popularity

Meanwhile, John Richmond has been contributing positively to Shiba Inu’s popularity. Since the duo entered into a partnership in February 2022, John Richmond has showcased Shiba Inu-themed apparel at different fashion events, including Milan Fashion week, which was held in September 2022.  

Along with bolstering Shiba Inu’s popularity, John Richmond is also focused on enticing members of the SHIB community. Last year, the fashion designer called on the SHIBArmy to suggest new ideas to enhance the SHIB X John Richmond clothing line. John Richmond acknowledged some of the suggestions while assuring the Shiba Inu community that he is creating different versions of SHIB-themed T-Shirt.
