Bugatti Group is launching a collection of NFTs and physical items in partnership with the doggy-themed crypto project.
In a Twitter thread today, the Shiba Inu team revealed details of its partnership with longstanding luxury accessory and luggage brand Bugatti Group.
Per the thread, the partnership will see the Bugatti Group host a special “mint party” to introduce a collection of NFTs and physical items for The Shiboshis NFT genesis holders. The Twitter space is slated for midnight UTC on January 15.

Recall that the Shiba Inu team teased the partnership in a tweet on Sunday, sharing a clip of handbags with Shiboshi designs.Â
The team said in the thread today that the NFT collection will feature 299 limited releases and an exclusive 1st edition release at a 0.14 ETH mint price. At the same time, 95% of all mints will receive a limited edition cross-body bag. In comparison, 5% representing 15 lucky community members will receive carry-on items on which they can place their own Shiboshi NFT designs.
Minting will go live with the Twitter space event, and holders of the NFTs will be able to claim their physical merchandise a week after. Bugatti Group is also offering 55% off on travel accessories in its exclusive Shiboshi collection.
The event will feature music from Sammy Arriaga, Emma Miller, and Violetta Zironi.
Users expressed excitement at the announcement, with many expressing hope that it will lead to a surge in the price of SHIB, which, like the rest of the crypto market, has taken a beating under current bear market conditions.
It is worth noting that The Shiboshi NFT collection represents one of the earliest efforts of the Shiba Inu community to shake the meme coin tag. The NFT collection represented the ecosystem’s first foray into Web 3 and the metaverse. It launched in October 2021, featuring 10,000 unique NFTs.
The Shiboshis has a floor price of 0.6 ETH at press time, up 23.9% in the last 24 hours per data from CoinGecko.
