Kusama makes bold claims about Shibarium ahead of its Beta launch.

Shiba Inu’s lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, has hinted at Shibarium’s survival capabilities ahead of the much-anticipated layer-2 network’s beta launch. In a recent tweet, Kusama hinted that Shibarium would survive and thrive during the harshest winters.

Kusama made this known yesterday in reaction to a tweet from @shibarium_, which reads: “The tree of life may have a thousand leaves, but all these leaves are the same tree.”

Reacting to the tweet, Kusama said a tree could have only a few leaves during Fall, adding that the situation usually changes during Spring.

“During fall, the tree may have only a few leaves, but then spring appears,” Kusama said.

Shibarium Is Like A Pine Tree, Says Kusama

Interestingly, Kusama described Shibarium as a “Pine Tree” that survives and thrives in any weather condition, especially during the “harshest winters.”

“Luckily, Shibarium, in this context, is a Pine Tree. Still, it needs water, sunlight, and proper soil. But pines survive and thrive during the harshest winters,” Kusama noted.

Team Focused on Developing Shibarium

Although Shiba Inu has yet to launch Shibarium Beta, Kusama is confident that the project will meet the expectations of the community and other crypto enthusiasts. His latest tweet further confirms his confidence that Shibarium will not suffer the same problems, including network congestion, that plagued other Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchains like Solana.

The Shiba Inu development team is committed to launching an efficient and scalable Layer-2 network that revolutionizes the SHIB ecosystem and the entire crypto space. It plans to achieve this goal by reducing the cost of adopting Ethereum-based assets by ensuring that Shibarium transactions are run off-chain.

Despite pressure from the community, Shiba Inu has refused to give any specific date for Shibarium’s launch. Its focus is to roll out a workable L2 network with no technical glitches.

The team recently urged SHIB community members to understand that a project of this magnitude is not a matter of its release date but about the functionality. As reported today by TheCryptoBasic, Shiba Inu said it is about to launch Shibarium Beta.

The team published an introductory article for Shibarium today, explaining some basic terms about the project for learning and clarification purposes, confirming Shibarium is about to be launched.
