XRP Holders Rejoice as Ripple Places Ad at English Premier League

Ripple’s ad placement at an unconventional location has caught the attention of the enthusiastic XRP community members.

In a recent tweet, prominent crypto influencer Amelie drew attention to Ripple’s advertisement at an English Premier League (EPL) football arena. Specifically, Ripple’s brand logo and name were prominently displayed around the corners of the football pitch while an English Premier League match took place over the weekend.

Based on the tweet, the Ripple ad was visible during Saturday’s Bournemouth versus Arsenal game.

Given Ripple’s association with XRP, the crypto influencer argued that XRP would be a game-changer digital asset for the global financial world amid the firm’s advertisement before the football community.

The Crypto Basic confirmed that fact as the ad was live on the Bournemouth versus Arsenal game.

Community Reacts

Expectedly, the development sparked positive reactions from XRP enthusiasts and beyond. Many of them confirmed sighting the Ripple advert while watching the match. Also, they expressed bullish sentiments for XRP, given Ripple advertising itself to a community of potential retail users.

A notable crypto trader exclaimed, “Exciting to see Ripple’s presence in the EPL game! XRP potential is intriguing.”

Similarly, Brett Hill, the administrator of xSTIK, an NFT project based on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) blockchain, spotlighted the Ripple ad. He expressed confidence in XRP’s future value amid Ripple’s endeavor, urging others to become XRP holders. Hill remarked

“Join the global financial revolution with XRP – the ultimate game-changer.”

Meanwhile, Ripple’s effort to promote its crypto-based business to an unexpected audience is not happening for the first time. In June, The Crypto Basic disclosed that Ripple placed an advertisement around the head office of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, DC.

Specifically, the Ripple billboard was positioned directly across from the entrance of the SEC’s office, reading, “We’re building a better future for finance. Are you?”
