Shytoshi Kusama Denies Abandoning Shiba Inu

0

Shiba Inu lead developer Shytoshi Kusama has issued a statement addressing community concerns about his whereabouts, reaffirming his continued commitment to the project.

Recently, questions about Kusama’s whereabouts have grown louder within the community following his silence on social media.

The Shiba Inu lead developer has been inactive on X in recent times. His last post, before yesterday, came on August 5, when he announced plans for an ecosystem election. However, he has remained silent ever since.

Frustrated by the lackluster performance of ecosystem tokens, some Shiba Inu community members have suggested that the project has been abandoned in favor of other initiatives. These concerns intensified after the Shibarium Bridge experienced a hack that led to the loss of nearly $3 million in SHIB and ETH.

Kusama Reaffirms Commitment to Broader Shiba Inu Project

In reaction, Kusama confirmed that his focus has expanded beyond SHIB. According to him, he is now pursuing artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives that could benefit all Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens, including BONE and TREAT.

He dismissed speculations about distancing himself from the core team, calling them “utterly preposterous”. Notably, Kusama emphasized that he has been collaborating with other Shiba Inu developers, such as Kaal Dhairya, to determine the next steps for the project.

Acknowledging the complexity of the AI initiative, the developer noted that he prefers not to speak prematurely until he fully understands it. However, he reassured the community that the team is currently exploring the project in what he described as “the war room.”

In the meantime, he thanked Shiba Inu community members for their patience and understanding, promising that more detailed updates would be communicated through Shiba Inu’s official channels in due course.

Kusama’s AI Focus

Since May, Kusama has been exploring artificial intelligence, aiming to position Shiba Inu to benefit from what he believes will be the next major wave of technological evolution driven by AI.

At the time, he updated the community about his progress through his X location marker. One of the updates suggested that he was writing a final paper on AI and would also highlight the role of the Shiba Inu in this technological evolution.

Interestingly, he wittily renamed the month of July to Jul-AI, teasing that the team would share several announcements relating to its past and future endeavors. However, he has not shared much about the AI project.

Kusama’s First Update After Latest Security Breach

Notably, Kusama’s latest post marks his first update since the Shibarium Bridge suffered a major security breach. That incident resulted in losses totaling nearly $3 million.

While concerns about Shibarium’s security remain unaddressed, Kusama chose instead to stress his focus on developing AI initiatives aimed at advancing all Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens.

The fact that Shytoshi Kusama, Shiba Inu’s lead figure, continues to hide his face and real identity remains a major concern for the SHIB community. While anonymity is common in crypto, many investors fear it creates uncertainty and accountability issues, especially as Shiba Inu evolves into a broader ecosystem.

Holders worry that a hidden identity could impact trust, transparency, and long-term credibility, leaving the project vulnerable to skepticism from regulators, institutions, and mainstream investors.

Coinbase Exploring Native Token for Base Network

0

Coinbase’s Ethereum Layer-2 network, Base, may soon introduce its own native token.

The announcement was made by Jesse Pollak, the creator of Base, during a live-streamed conference in Vermont.

The move marks a significant shift from Coinbase’s earlier position, where company representatives consistently denied any token plans for the network.

Coinbase Clarifies: No Final Decision Yet

While Pollak’s remarks fueled speculation, Coinbase moved quickly to set expectations. In a blog post published on Monday, the Base team wrote that it has “no definitive plans to share at this time” regarding a token launch.

CEO Brian Armstrong echoed the message on X (formerly Twitter), confirming that the exploration phase is underway. He added that the decision remains far from final. For now, ETH remains the only gas token powering the Base network.

But Why Now?

According to Pollak and his team, the original vision for Base focused on creating a secure, low-cost, and developer-friendly blockchain. That goal was achieved without the need for a native token.

However, as the project matures, leaders believe a token could open new doors. The team highlighted that a dedicated Base token could accelerate decentralization, attract more developers, and create fresh economic opportunities across the ecosystem.

Rising Competition in Layer-2 Ecosystems

The timing of the debate also reflects broader market dynamics. The Ink Foundation, backed by Kraken, recently unveiled plans to launch INK, a utility token for its own Layer 2 network. Both Base and Ink belong to Optimism’s “Superchain”, a collective of Ethereum scaling projects.

A token could help Base strengthen its position within this growing ecosystem, where competition among networks is intensifying.

Technical Milestones Build Momentum

Since launching in 2023, Base has not only grown in adoption but also achieved several technical breakthroughs.

Pollak noted that the network now enables “sub-second, sub-cent transactions,” a critical step in making blockchain technology more practical for everyday use. Base also advanced to “Stage 1” of Vitalik Buterin’s framework for rollup decentralization, following the introduction of permissionless fault proofs.

These milestones suggest the project is moving toward greater security and autonomy, a foundation that could make a token launch more viable.

Balancing Innovation with Regulation

Coinbase has long faced scrutiny from regulators over exchange-related products, particularly tokens linked to trading platforms.

Recognizing this, the Base team underscored its commitment to working with lawmakers and regulators before making any final decision. Regulatory resistance remains a challenge, but the company framed its approach as cautious yet optimistic, noting that policy attitudes toward crypto vary and continue to evolve.

Expanding Interoperability with Solana

In addition to token discussions, Pollak announced that Base will now connect more closely with Solana. Through an open-source bridge, users can deposit SOL and Solana Program Library (SPL) tokens into Base applications. They can also transfer assets back to Solana, creating new cross-chain use cases.

The move highlights Base’s effort to position itself not as an isolated blockchain, but as part of a broader, interconnected ecosystem. As Pollak put it, “Base is a bridge, not an island.”

Top Expert Says XRP to $10–$25 Is Possible, Predicts Timeline

0

Jake Claver, CEO of Digital Ascension Group, has reiterated his increasingly bullish outlook on XRP.

He is now projecting strong double-digit gains for the coin by the end of the year. This latest outlook came in a recent interview with host Paul Barron, where Claver identified a combination of market catalysts set to propel XRP higher.

While XRP trades just under $3 at press time, Claver sees price targets of $10 to $13 in the near term. He believes XRP could even reach $20 to $25, calling it a realistic expectation.

Interest Rate Cuts and ETF Approvals Could Spark the Rally

According to Claver, one of the biggest immediate triggers for the market surge would be Fed interest rate cuts. He believes such a move would fuel expansion across several asset classes, including Bitcoin and XRP.

For context, market participants have placed an over 96% chance on a 0.25% rate cut. Lower rates often encourage investment in riskier assets like cryptocurrencies.

Many experts believe this could trigger a Bitcoin run to $150,000 and Ethereum to $10,000, boosting other crypto prices as well.

Meanwhile, Claver emphasized that exchange-traded fund (ETF) approvals for XRP are the real “puzzle piece” to watch. He expressed 90% confidence that an XRP ETF will happen. With approval by next month, “I think a $10 to $13 XRP is very reasonable,” Claver said.

“Perfect Storm” of Catalysts Could Push XRP Even Higher

While ETFs alone could provide enough momentum to push XRP into double-digit territory, Claver suggested that a confluence of additional catalysts could drive prices well beyond that.

He added that if it’s just the ETFs, the market could be looking at $10 to $13 by year-end. But with more institutional money, retail participation, and increasing global utility—especially in Southeast Asia, where XRP is popular—“$20 to $25 is not out of the question by year-end.”

Claver also highlighted XRP’s tendency to move aggressively once it gains momentum, noting that the token has a history of sudden rallies.

Macro Conditions Set the Stage

However, host Paul Barron added that broader market conditions may delay the onset of a major XRP rally. He pointed to all-time highs in traditional markets like the S&P 500, gold, and now silver, all of which are drawing capital and investor attention.

“The trigger is still rate cuts,” Barron said. “But it’s also the overall market condition. You’ve got multiple asset classes competing right now for attention.”

Claver agreed and noted that monetary policy measures, such as reducing the M2 money supply, could also play a role in driving asset prices.

“Diamonds Are Made Under Pressure”

In a colorful close to the podcast, Claver and Barron reflected on the uncertainty of the current market, likening it to being “in the lion’s den.”

“You always want to be in the lion’s den,” said Barron. “That’s where the winners are made. Diamonds are made under pressure.”

In other words, XRP investors are under significant pressure, but those who hold steadfast could reap the rewards. Nonetheless, all this remains uncertain at press time.

Here’s Possible XRP Price if Bitcoin Claims $750K in 5 Years

0

The Pantera Capital founder recently made a bullish price prediction for Bitcoin, but how could this impact altcoins like XRP?

For context, Dan Morehead, founder and managing partner at American hedge fund and venture capital firm Pantera Capital, appeared in a CNBC Squawk Box episode to discuss crypto and other related matters.

Pantera Capital Founder Predicts Bitcoin to $750,000

During the interview, host Andrew Sorkin asked Morehead where he thinks Bitcoin’s price is heading. Responding, the businessman pointed out that Bitcoin’s price has roughly doubled every year over the past 12 years.

According to Morehead, Bitcoin could continue on this growth trajectory for a few more years before it exhausts the trend. The reasoning behind his suggestion is that Bitcoin still only captures a very low share of global wealth. Specifically, Walker, the Bitcoin Podcast host, suggested in June that at $2 trillion, BTC only captures 0.2% of global wealth.

In his recent comments, Morehead suggested that this current position means Bitcoin still has more room for growth. “So, I think it (Bitcoin) could go up to $750,000 in the next four to five years,” he concluded. Notably, this price would translate to a valuation of nearly $15 trillion for BTC, making it the second-largest asset by a mile.

Possible XRP Price

Interestingly, if this projection plays out, altcoins such as XRP will likely benefit tremendously. This is largely due to the close correlation between Bitcoin and these altcoins. Notably, the pattern has continued to play out across multiple market cycles, and even recently.

According to market analytics resource Macroaxis, Bitcoin and XRP have a correlation coefficient of 0.79 over the past three months, confirming their close price relationship within this period. While this correlation could be detrimental during market uncertainties, it may be beneficial for cases such as a Bitcoin rally to $750,000.

Bitcoin and XRP Price Correlation Macroaxis
Bitcoin and XRP Price Correlation | Macroaxis

From the current price of $115,000, Bitcoin would need to rise 552% to reach the $750,000 target in the next five years. With XRP trading for $2.97 at press time, a comparative 552% increase would push its price to around $19.2, close to the $20 milestone.

However, while such price correlations lead to identical price actions, they do not translate to exact imitations. As a result, XRP could witness a less or more impressive upsurge. Macroaxis indicated that XRP could generate 1.56x more returns than Bitcoin. Nonetheless, this also means XRP is 1.56x more volatile.

Taking this into account, if Bitcoin rallies 552%, XRP could grow by a more substantial 861%. From the current price of $2.97, an 861% increase would lead to a new all-time high of $28.54 for XRP.

Here’s How High XRP Could Rise If XRP Keeps Its Dominance, and Total Crypto Market Cap Hits $100T

0

XRP has the potential to reach unimaginable price heights if it maintains its dominance in a scenario where the total crypto market reaches $100 trillion.

The crypto market has come a long way since Bitcoin (BTC), the original crypto, kick-started the movement in 2009. Notably, the earliest data from TradingView for the total crypto market cap (TOTAL) was in 2014. During this period, the total crypto valuation stood at $6.92 billion as of January 2014.

Bitcoin and XRP Market Cap Journeys

Today, this figure has increased to $4 trillion, representing an impressive spike of more than 57,600% over the past decade alone. While the arrival of new crypto assets has partly contributed to this increase, Bitcoin has managed to maintain the highest dominance over the market despite recent declines, currently at 57.74%.

Meanwhile, XRP’s market dominance took a more severe hit from its peak during the 2017/2018 cycle. For context, in 2017, XRP’s dominance shot up to 31.33%, pushing Bitcoin’s dominance to under 45% at the time. Today, XRP’s market dominance has collapsed to 4.55% despite the token observing a higher market cap. This is due to a greater market dilution.

Interestingly, this 4.55% figure is an improvement from the low of 1.05% observed just last year. XRP’s fortunes turned around for good when it launched an impressive rally following President Donald Trump’s election victory last November.

At the current dominance of 4.55%, XRP holds a market cap of $182.12 billion, currently changing hands at $3.05 at press time. However, several XRP community figures believe a surge to greater heights is imminent, especially considering recent adoption trends, spot ETF filings, Ripple’s partnerships, and the end of the SEC lawsuit.

XRP Price if The Total Crypto Market Hits $100T

Nonetheless, for XRP to reach much higher levels, the total crypto market would have to grow with it, providing the room for more expansion. Interestingly, some market pundits are already predicting such growth for the total crypto market.

For instance, Real Vision’s Raoul Pal suggested last month that the crypto market could rise from $4 trillion to $100 trillion by 2032 to 2034, essentially in around ten years. He projected that factors such as adoption and debasement could trigger this run, as the total number of crypto users grows.

Crypto Market Cap to Hit $100T Raoul Pal
Crypto Market Cap to Hit $100T | Raoul Pal

If this prediction materializes, it will be utterly beneficial for Bitcoin and altcoins, especially if each asset maintains its current dominance.

For instance, if XRP retains its 4.55% dominance when the broader crypto market hits $100 trillion, it would have a market cap of $4.55 trillion, representing a new peak and putting it among the top 10 most valuable assets, considering today’s rankings. With this valuation, the XRP price will rise to $55.61 by 2034 if the supply rises to 81.81 billion tokens due to Ripple escrow unlocks.

Meanwhile, at a 57.74% dominance, Bitcoin’s market cap would reach $57.74 trillion. Considering a future supply of 20 million tokens, such a market cap would push the price of 1 BTC to $2.887 million by 2034.

Crypto Asset Inflows Surge to $3.3B as Sentiment Rebounds Across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana

0

Crypto asset investment products saw a notable return to positive sentiment last week, attracting $3.3 billion in inflows, according to a new report from CoinShares.

The renewed interest follows weaker-than-expected U.S. macroeconomic data, which may have prompted a shift toward risk assets like cryptocurrencies.

The inflows pushed total assets under management (AuM) across crypto investment products to $239 billion, just shy of the all-time high of $244 billion recorded in early August.

Bitcoin Leads the Charge with $2.4B

Expectedly, Bitcoin again led institutional interest, drawing in $2.4 billion in inflows, which is the highest weekly total since July. The strong rebound comes as sentiment around the world’s largest cryptocurrency turned decisively bullish.

Meanwhile, short-bitcoin products recorded modest outflows, signaling that bearish bets are fading. Their total AuM has now dropped to just $86 million.

For context, Bitcoin rebounded to $116,730 at the end of the week, helping other crypto assets soar. Meanwhile, Bitcoin’s price is currently in a retracement.

Ethereum Sees Reversal After Prolonged Outflows

Ethereum, which had experienced eight consecutive days of outflows, turned the tide with four straight days of positive inflows last week. The asset recorded $646 million in total weekly inflows, indicating renewed investor confidence.

The shift may reflect optimism around Ethereum’s long-term network upgrades and institutional positioning.

However, the month-to-date netflows for Ethereum remain negative at $265.2 million.

Solana Posts Record Single-Day Inflow

Meanwhile, Solana was the standout among altcoins, registering a record $145 million single-day inflow on Friday, contributing to a weekly total of $198 million. The move shows increasing institutional appetite for SOL as it continues to outperform many of its Layer 1 competitors.

Other altcoin products that saw inflows include XRP, SUI, Cardano, Cronos, and Chainlink. In contrast, altcoins such as Aave and Avalanche saw minor outflows of $1.08 million and $0.66 million, respectively.

Regional Breakdown

Geographically, the United States dominated flows with $3.2 billion in weekly inflows, accounting for the lion’s share of the global total.

Germany followed with $160 million, notably achieving its second-largest daily inflow on record on Friday. However, gains in the region were partially offset by $92 million in outflows from Switzerland.

Linkhome Launches Platform to Buy U.S. Real Estate with Bitcoin and Ethereum

0

Nasdaq-listed Linkhome Holdings has announced the launch of a pioneering service that allows buyers to purchase real estate in the United States using cryptocurrency.

This development represents a significant step forward in connecting digital currencies with physical property assets. In turn, it reshapes how global investors engage with the American housing market.

According to the press release, Linkhome has fully integrated the service into its AI-powered platform, enabling buyers to search listings, negotiate deals, and complete transactions with popular cryptocurrencies. Currently, the service supports Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USD Coin (USDC).

Unlike traditional models that use cryptocurrency only as collateral to secure a mortgage, Linkhome takes a different approach. Instead, it enables direct purchases with digital assets. This distinction sets the company apart and underscores its commitment to bridging the gap between blockchain technology and real-world assets.

CEO Statement on Cryptocurrency Integration

Bill Qin, Founder and CEO of Linkhome, described the initiative as a milestone for the housing market. He added that it also marks a significant step forward in financial innovation.

“Real estate is at the center of American life, and technology should make the process simpler,” he said. “By enabling cryptocurrency payments, we are creating new possibilities for homebuyers and reducing inefficiencies in cross-border transactions.”

His statement highlights the company’s mission of leveraging artificial intelligence and fintech innovation to enhance property ownership in the U.S., making it faster, more secure, and more accessible.

Global Appeal for Investors

The platform specifically serves international buyers. For many investors abroad, purchasing property in the United States can be slowed by banking restrictions, currency conversions, and international transfer delays. Linkhome’s system aims to solve these problems by offering instant settlement through digital assets, while also providing transparency and security.

The move could also appeal to a younger generation of buyers who already hold cryptocurrencies as part of their investment portfolio. For them, being able to use Bitcoin or Ethereum directly in property deals makes real estate a more attractive diversification tool.

Compliance and Rollout Strategy

To ensure trust and security, Linkhome is working closely with escrow agents, title companies, and financial service providers. The goal is to deliver a settlement process that complies with U.S. regulations while maintaining the transparency blockchain technology offers.

At launch, the service will support only select transactions with crypto payments. However, the company plans to expand it nationwide in phases, allowing more buyers and sellers to adopt the system gradually.

Nasdaq-Listed Forward Industries Buys 6.8 Million Solana Worth $1.58 Billion

0

Forward Industries has kick-started its Solana treasury venture with an acquisition of 6.8 million SOL worth approximately $1.58 billion.

Nasdaq-listed Forward Industries, trading under the ticker FORD, shared this development in a press release on Monday, becoming the latest crypto treasury firm. It revealed that this was the first of its many purchases, as it aims to become the world’s largest corporate treasury holder of Solana.

Forward Buys Millions of Solana

The firm announced the purchase of 6,822,000 SOL at an average price of $232 per token. Notably, it acquired this massive SOL stash at a cost of roughly $1.58 billion using both open market and on-chain purchasing mediums.

Meanwhile, the press release also disclosed that Forward Industries has staked all the Solana tokens it acquired to date. This is part of its broader strategy to increase the SOL per share of investors at a quicker rate while building an “institutional-scale treasury.”

Remarkably, the acquisition follows a recent private investment in public equity (PIPE) fundraising round that finalized last week. For context, Galaxy Digital, Multicoin Capital, and Jump Crypto led the private placement, which ended on September 11.

They raised $1.65 billion from the PIPE financing, all of which they plan to channel to buying Solana through Forward Industry. This becomes the largest amount raised by a Solana treasury firm to date.

Notably, the announcement of the acquisition barely moved the shares of Forward Industries, as they traded at $36.29 at the time of writing, with a slight change in the past 24 hours. However, FORD is up 38% in the last five days and 164% in the past month, according to data from Yahoo Finance.

Growing Institutional Allocation to Solana

Meanwhile, the Monday announcement follows a similar disclosure from Helius Medical Technology, another Nasdaq-listed firm. Specifically, it announced plans to launch a $500 million corporate Solana treasury reserve after its recently concluded PIPE common stock offering.

Helius disclosed an oversubscription in its offering of $6.88 per share to private investors, raising $500 million in equity sales and up to $750 million in warrants. It would use the proceeds of this round to buy Solana.

The announcement has sent Helius’ stock surging, with a 165% increase in the past 24 hours, to trade at $20.02 at the time of writing.

The treasury developments underscore the growing institutional interest in Solana, the sixth-largest cryptocurrency by market cap. Meanwhile, this, along with other bullish developments, has pushed SOL up 9.31% and 25% over the past seven days and one month, respectively.

PayPal to Support Bitcoin and Crypto in New In-App P2P Payment Feature

0

PayPal has revealed plans to add Bitcoin and other crypto assets to its new peer-to-peer (P2P) payment feature inside the PayPal app.

The company revealed the update in a press release today, confirming that it is part of a broader push to make sending and receiving money faster, easier, and more global. Interestingly, the latest move follows the launch of PayPal World two months back.

PayPal to Introduce PayPal Links

Per the recent press release, the first phase of the rollout starts with PayPal Links, a feature that lets users create personalized one-time payment links directly from the app.

Notably, people can share these links in a text, email, or chat, making it simple to request or send money without switching platforms.

According to PayPal, the service goes live for U.S. users today, with plans to expand to the UK, Italy, and more countries in the weeks ahead. PayPal believes this will help attract new users and make payments easier across apps and borders.

Bitcoin and Crypto Support Coming

Interestingly, the bigger change comes in the second phase. For this phase, PayPal confirmed it will also integrate crypto directly into its P2P payment flow, letting U.S. customers send and receive assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum and more.

Also, transfers will extend to Venmo and an expanding network of digital wallets around the world that support crypto and stablecoins.

Speaking on the development, Diego Scotti, PayPal’s Consumer Group General Manager, stressed that the company sees this as the next chapter in its 25-year journey of improving how money moves.

He explained that PayPal wants payments to feel as natural as a conversation, whether through texts, emails, or social platforms, while still presenting the speed and security customers expect.

The company also reassured users about privacy and compliance. Specifically, friends-and-family transfers on PayPal and Venmo will remain exempt from 1099-K reporting, which means personal gifts, reimbursements, and shared expenses won’t generate tax forms.

Furthermore, funds sent through PayPal Links will continue to settle instantly once accepted, giving recipients immediate access to their money.

PayPal and Other Mainstream Wallets Dipping Into Crypto

This announcement adds to the moves PayPal has made toward dipping further into crypto over the past five years. Notably, the company first opened the door in 2020 by allowing U.S. users to buy, hold, and sell major cryptocurrencies. A year later, it enabled crypto payments at checkout.

In 2023, PayPal launched its own dollar-backed stablecoin, PYUSD, which now runs on Ethereum, Solana, and Arbitrum. Since then, it has rolled out services for merchants, added tokens like Solana and Chainlink, and partnered with platforms such as Coinbase and LayerZero to expand cross-chain transfers.

Other major wallets and payment apps are moving in the same direction. For instance, Venmo recently introduced Layer-2 transfers for Ethereum assets to cut fees and boost speed. Last month, Cash App expanded its Bitcoin features by adding support for self-custody through its Bitkey wallet. Also, earlier this year, Revolut upgraded its fraud protection for crypto transactions.

$100 in Shiba Inu in 2020 Still Worth $24M Today Despite 85% Drop

0

Widely followed investor Farmercist references Shiba Inu spectacular performance to highlight how the right entry in the crypto market can create generational wealth.

In a recent X post, Farmercist emphasized Shiba Inu’s ability to maintain impressive stats since its inception.

Shiba Inu Outstanding Performance

He noted that Shiba Inu launched as a joke in August 2020, with each token initially valued at around $0.000000000056. Fourteen months later, in October 2021, Shiba Inu reached an all-time high of $0.00008616, an increase of over 153 million percent. This rally turned early investments into life-changing gains.

To provide perspective, Farmercist illustrated how a $100 investment in Shiba Inu at launch would have grown over time. According to him, an investment of $100 would have purchased approximately 1.785 quadrillion SHIB at the initial price of $0.000000000056.

Although Shiba Inu has declined significantly from its peak, that $100 investment would still be worth an impressive $24.28 million today. At its peak price of $0.00008616, the same $100 investment would have been worth over $153 million.

While Shiba Inu has dropped more than 85% from its all-time high, the token continues to maintain a market cap of over $8 billion. Notably, Farmercist finds Shiba Inu’s stats fascinating, especially considering the token’s sustained relevance compared to most meme-based tokens that have faded into obscurity.

One Right Entry Can Help You Retire

He suggested that Shiba Inu’s incredible performance demonstrates how a single well-timed entry can help investors retire early. This underscores the idea that perfectly timing the market and buying an asset at a low price can position investors for life-changing returns.

However, he questioned whether investors and the community have the patience to hold the token long enough to experience the next major rally.

Shiba Inu’s 2021 rally came with significant challenges, leading some early investors to sell too soon. Like every crypto asset, Shiba Inu experienced major price swings in its early days.

For instance, when Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin donated 50 trillion SHIB to charity and burned 410 trillion tokens, the market initially reacted with fear, worried that a massive sell-off could trigger a crash.

Shortly after, Shiba Inu defied expectations, embarking on a stunning rally that culminated in its all-time high of $0.00008616 just five months after Buterin’s donation.

Can SHIB Still Turn $100 into $24M?

Meanwhile, in today’s market, the chances of Shiba Inu repeating history—turning $100 into $24 million—are slim. Specifically, it would require the coin to eliminate all its zeros and trade above $3, something many consider unrealistic.
