Here’s How to Become a Millionaire if Shiba Inu Hits $0.0003

0

Investors seeking to attain millionaire status via Shiba Inu would need to hold a few billion SHIB tokens in anticipation of a potential price spike to $0.0003.

For many, the valid symbol of financial success is becoming a millionaire in USD. They believe it affords individuals financial freedom and security. In addition to financial freedom, other factors influencing this millionaire dream include social status and legacy building.

Path to Becoming a Millionaire

Since most people are average-income earners, they see a pathway to becoming millionaires through investing. People have invested in stocks and real estate to attain financial freedom.

While the pace for average income earners to attain millionaire status through traditional investing could be “slow,” they often consider crypto assets a suitable alternative. This choice is driven by tales of how specific cryptos, like Shiba Inu, turned average-income earners into overnight millionaires.

For instance, in 2023, a CoinGecko report highlighted how investors would have become millionaires if they invested $12 in Shiba Inu before it reached its peak of $0.00008616 in October 2021. Notably, several investors benefited from Shiba Inu’s spike in 2021, which eventually changed their financial status.

Meanwhile, it’s been nearly four years since the last rally. Yet, several market watchers are still projecting future spikes for Shiba Inu, with some setting an audacious target of $0.0003.

Consequently, The Crypto Basic assesses how investors could become millionaires via their investments in Shiba Inu if the $0.0003 projection materializes.

How Much Required to Make $1M Via SHIB Investment

At press time, Shiba Inu was trading at $0.00001336, seeing a modest 0.26% 24-hour gain. SHIB registered a slight increase of 3.74% in the past week and a similar growth rate over the past month.

With a current market cap of $7.87 billion, Shiba Inu ranks as the 16th biggest cryptocurrency on CoinMarketCap. To clinch the $0.0003, Shiba Inu must grow by 2,145% from its current price. This surge would help SHIB eliminate a zero from its price and propel its valuation to $176.77 billion.

For an investor to become a millionaire or make $1 million if Shiba Inu hits the $0.0003 target, they would need to invest $44,533 in SHIB today. This investment would procure 3,333,333,334 (3.33 billion) Shiba Inu tokens at the current price.

If SHIB clinches the $0.0003 target, this portfolio of 3.34 billion SHIB would be valued at $1 million, granting the heart’s desires of many who hope to become millionaires someday. This represents an ROI of around $955,000.

When Can SHIB Reach $0.0003

While SHIB’s path to the $0.0003 target demands a hefty surge of over 2,000%, several analysts still think it is realistic.

In a Forbes interview, Himanshu Maradiya, chairman of CIFDAQ Blockchain Ecosystem, predicted that Shiba Inu would reach the $0.0003 target this year.

However, popular AI chatbots like Google’s Gemini and ChatGPT also provided insights on when SHIB might soar to $0.0003. While Gemini forecasted that SHIB would attain the milestone in December 2025, ChatGPT suggests the $0.0003 target would materialize next year.

On the other hand, Changelly predicts that Shiba Inu will reach the $0.0003 mark by June 2032.

Investors Remain Optimistic

Despite this projection, it remains uncertain whether SHIB will clinch the milestone within the projected timelines. Therefore, users must exercise caution when investing in crypto due to its volatile nature.

In the meantime, most Shiba Inu investors have remained optimistic about SHIB’s prospects. Currently, 77% of all on-chain Shiba Inu addresses have held the token for over a year, while 21% have held it for less than a year. Only a few, about 2%, are short-term holders. According to IntoTheBlock data, these users have held SHIB for less than 30 days.

Global Crypto Market Reclaims $3T as Bitcoin Crosses $96,000: Here’s Why

0

Bullish developments and sustained momentum have pushed Bitcoin above $96,000 and the global cryptocurrency market cap above $3 trillion.

After a turbulent period, Bitcoin could be on the verge of breaking the resistance level at $96,000. The pioneering cryptocurrency has surged 3% in the past 24 hours, pushing its price above the crucial price mark.

With the rebound, the global cryptocurrency market has reclaimed the $3 trillion valuation. BTC’s upward momentum has spilled over into the broader market, with Ethereum, XRP, and Solana appreciating by 5%, 3.6%, and 7% over the past day, respectively.

Possible Catalysts for Recent Uptrend

Notably, Bitcoin has been in recovery mode since early April, bouncing back by over 29% from an intraweek low of $74,363 to above $96,000. The momentum follows a bad stint, spurred by macroeconomic headwinds such as the tariff war.

Aside from the positive sentiments emerging from the discussion between China and the United States over the tariff brawl, institutional adoption and inflows into the crypto market have spurred this renewed bullishness.

For perspective, discussions within crypto circles today suggested that the prominent chipmaker NVIDIA is considering buying Bitcoin. According to speculation, Nvidia, the third-largest company in the world plans to buy the premier asset for “stability.”

Furthermore, the US Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) appear to have regained momentum. Aside from yesterday’s net outflow of $56.23 million, the investment products were on an eight-day inflow streak, accruing $3.9 billion in the process.

Would Bitcoin Conquer the $96,000 Resistance?

Despite recent momentum, Bitcoin has faced massive selling pressure around the $96,000 area, which is above its yearly opening price. The asset has consolidated around the region for a week, with its recent break above $96,500 being its highest price since March 2.

Meanwhile, data from IntoTheBlock identifies that 1.38 million addresses acquired Bitcoin at an average price of $96,950, making the price mark a strong resistance zone. If the current momentum continues, the token will finally break the supply zone and target higher prices.

Interestingly, a recent report highlighted that if Bitcoin finally breaks current resistance, it would be a free ride to $109,000. Per the analysis, there are negligible supply zones after this, meaning BTC’s price could escalate quickly.

In the meantime, Bitcoin trades at $96,920 with a market cap of $1.92 trillion.

Morgan Stanley Plans to Launch Spot Bitcoin Trading for E*Trade Retail Clients

0

Morgan Stanley, a leading wealth manager and bank with an AUM of $1.7 trillion, is preparing to offer spot crypto trading on its E*Trade brokerage platform.

According to a Bloomberg report today, Morgan Stanley plans to list popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin on the platform. The initiative would allow the banking giant’s E*Trade retail clients to buy and sell crypto assets directly from their existing brokerage accounts.

Still Early

Bloomberg reports that while the plan is still in its early stages, Morgan Stanley expects to launch the spot crypto trading service by next year.

In the meantime, it is exploring potential partnerships with established crypto entities, which will provide the necessary infrastructure for the service. It bears mentioning that Morgan Stanley has been having internal discussions about launching a crypto trading service on its E*Trade brokerage platform since late last year.

In January, Morgan Stanley reportedly explored the E*Trade crypto marketplace. At the time, the move was fueled by its anticipation of a favorable regulatory environment in the U.S. under Donald Trump’s administration.

Interestingly, the bank is proceeding with the plans to launch the E*Trade crypto trading service by 2026.

Morgan Stanley’s Previous Exposure to Crypto

Prior to this time, Morgan Stanley already had significant exposure to crypto. The bank offers its rich clients access to crypto-related products, including futures and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

In August, it gave its financial advisers the green light to pitch Bitcoin ETFs to these wealthy investors. At the time, the recommendation was restricted to only BlackRock and Fidelity Investments’ Bitcoin ETFs. Two months later, the wealth manager disclosed in a 13F-HR/A filing that it holds about $272 million worth of Bitcoin ETF shares.

While Morgan Stanley’s high-net-worth clients already have exposure to cryptos, this latest initiative would be the bank’s first crypto-related offering targeting everyday E*Trade users. If launched, Morgan Stanley would be in stiff competition with established exchanges like Kraken and Coinbase.

Besides Morgan Stanley, other traditional financial institutions like Charles Schwab are also considering launching crypto trading services. Others have also launched the service in different parts of the world. For instance, Spain’s second-largest bank secured a license to provide its retail clients with crypto trading and custody services.

Positive Regulatory Environment Fuels Morgan Stanley Crypto Push

Meanwhile, the latest development comes as the United States continues to roll out pro-crypto regulation since Trump’s inauguration. Last month, the Federal Reserve rescinded 95% of its anti-crypto regulation, allowing banks to engage in crypto activities without obtaining permission.

Additionally, Trump has ordered several U.S. agencies, like the SEC, to establish clear and fair regulations for the industry. Amid these regulatory efforts, Morgan Stanley has commenced plans to launch crypto trading services on its E*Trade platform.

However, at the time of this publication, the bank had yet to issue a public comment confirming the development.

Trump-Backed Stablecoin USD1 to Power $2 Billion Binance Deal with Abu Dhabi’s MGX

0

World Liberty Financial’s USD1 stablecoin has officially been selected by Abu Dhabi-based MGX for the $2 billion investment in Binance.

For perspective, in March 2025, Binance announced MGX’s substantial investment, which represented the exchange’s first institutional placement. While the deal highlighted stablecoin as the preferred mode of exchange, it was initially unclear which specific currency was involved.

However, World Liberty’s USD1 has now been confirmed as the stablecoin to facilitate the historic deal. In particular, this confirmation came from World Liberty’s co-founder, Zach Witkoff, during the ongoing Token2049 crypto conference in Dubai.

Witkoff stated that USD1 would facilitate Abu Dhabi-based MGX’s $2 billion investment in Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange.

USD1 Stablecoin and Its Backing

USD1 is one of the most transparent stablecoins in the market, backed by short-term treasury and cash equivalents. According to U.S. President Trump’s son, Eric Trump, World Liberty’s commitment is to ensure transparency, which is a primary factor in the stablecoin’s development.

Trump emphasized that consumer safety remains a core priority for the company, which aims to build a product that can seamlessly move across borders. The stablecoin’s structure aims to meet regulatory expectations and provide a secure financial tool for cross-border transactions.

Witkoff discussed future plans for USD1 during the event. The company, backed by President Donald Trump, is working on further developments in decentralized finance, particularly integrating USD1 into DeFi and centralized finance ecosystems. Witkoff also mentioned that USD1 will soon be integrated into traditional retail point-of-sale systems.

Cross-Chain Integrations for USD1

Currently distributed on the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchains, USD1 will expand its reach to the Tron network. This integration aligns with World Liberty’s strategic goals of increasing global adoption and expanding the use cases of stablecoin.

Justin Sun, the founder of Tron, confirmed his crypto project’s $75 million investment in World Liberty as of January 2025, further supporting the stablecoin’s push for wider integration.

Veteran Analyst Brandt Issues New Bold Prediction for When Bitcoin Will Hit $120K to $150K

Bitcoin has shown a strong start to the new month, breaking into the $96,500 level and inching closer to the long-lost $100K threshold.

Amid this promising movement, renowned market veteran Peter Brandt issued a bold projection for the crypto firstborn. In a tweet just hours ago, Brandt argued that BTC could reach a cycle top between $125,000 and $150,000 by August or September 2025, essentially the third quarter of this year.

Brandt believes this outlook is achievable provided Bitcoin reclaims its previously broken parabolic trendline. He shared a long-term weekly chart analysis highlighting Bitcoin’s historical price patterns and technical formations.

According to the chart, BTC is climbing within a bullish wedge formation and remains inside a multi-year ascending channel. If the momentum is sustained, this suggests a continuation of the uptrend.

Bitcoin Target Range Hinges on Parabola Reclaim

Essentially, Brandt stressed the importance of Bitcoin regaining its parabolic trajectory, an upward curve that has defined previous bull cycles. Specifically, the curve defined Bitcoin’s peak in the 2021 season.

A successful reclaim could propel BTC to the red zone marked on his chart, between $125K and $150K. In Brandt’s view, this could be the final leg of this cycle’s bull run. Notably, with Bitcoin trading around $96,000, the road to $150K would represent a 56% gain from current levels.

Further, the chart also identified multiple classic technical patterns such as Head & Shoulders (H&S), Channels (Chnl), and Expanding Triangles (Exp). All of these formations historically preceded major price movements for Bitcoin, both bearish and bullish.

Notably, Brandt’s timing for the end of Bitcoin’s bull run aligns with typical historical cycles where price peaks occur 12–18 months after a halving event. With the last halving in April 2024, the August–September 2025 timeframe fits within that expected window.

Essentially, Brandt’s price prediction model echoes previous market cycle trends, which also highlight the potential for a typical post-bull correction.

A 50%+ Correction May Follow

While the bullish scenario excites many investors, Brandt also warns of what comes after the euphoria: a sharp decline. His forecast includes an over 50% correction following the cycle peak. This could drag BTC back to the $60K–$75K range, aligning with the historical retracements in past cycles.

At press time, Bitcoin is trading at $96,862, up over 3% today, showing determination to reclaim higher levels.

21Shares Seeks SEC Approval to Launch SUI ETF

0

21Shares, a prominent digital asset manager, has filed an S-1 statement with the U.S. SEC to introduce a spot SUI ETF.

The fund seeks to provide investors with direct exposure to SUI, the native crypto of the Sui network.

As outlined in the filing, the product seeks to hold SUI tokens in custody by Coinbase, basing its daily net asset value on a benchmark index reflecting the spot market price of SUI.

ETF Structure and Investment Strategy

Importantly, data confirms that the fund will not stake any portion of its holdings, ensuring no yield generation through network participation.

In addition, unlike other crypto ETFs, the fund will avoid utilizing leverage, derivatives, or similar financial instruments. Its aim is to closely reflect the value of SUI tokens in U.S. dollars, with share creations and redemptions processed in cash rather than in-kind.

This approach ensures a straightforward, transparent structure for investors looking for a stable means to access SUI.

Interestingly, the latest push from 21Shares for a SUI ETF is one of several efforts to launch the product. Specifically, last month, prominent exchange Cboe BZX filed with the SEC to list the proposed Canary Capital SUI ETF product.

Partnership with Sui Network

Meanwhile, in addition to the ETF filing, 21Shares has entered into a strategic partnership with the Sui network. This collaboration aims to leverage the growing global interest in the Sui ecosystem.

According to 21Shares, the partnership reflects their long-standing belief in Sui’s potential as a major blockchain platform. Federico Brokate, Head of U.S. Business at 21Shares, emphasized the importance of this partnership in aligning with Sui’s technical foundation, decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem, and developer community.

Recent Moves and Partnerships

Also, 21Shares has been actively expanding its ETF offerings in the U.S. In recent weeks, the company has filed applications for spot crypto ETFs involving various assets such as Dogecoin and Polkadot.

Notably, 21Shares already provides spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs in the U.S. in collaboration with Ark Invest.

21Shares AG also revealed the launch of an upgraded version of its European-listed Ethereum Core ETP late last year. The enhanced product, Ethereum Core Staking ETP, introduces staking capabilities for its fund holders.

Latest Tether Attestation Shows $1B+ Profit in Q1 2025, as Treasury Holdings Near $120B Milestone

Tether has published its Q1 2025 attestation, revealing strong financial performance despite the crypto market turbulence during the quarter.

According to a press release today, the stablecoin giant recorded over $1 billion in operational profit during the first quarter, while its U.S. Treasury holdings neared a historic $120 billion, an all-time high for the company. The figures, verified by global accounting firm BDO, show Tether’s increasing dominance.

Tether Sees $1B Profit in Q1 2025

Compared to Q4 2024, the latest figures show a mixed but largely favorable performance. While operational profit stood above $1 billion in Q1 2025, it was significantly lower than the prior quarter’s exceptional $6 billion profit.

However, the Q4 2024 total included substantial unrealized gains from Bitcoin and gold, inflating the headline figure. The more modest Q1 result came from Treasury holdings yield, with gold performance nearly offsetting crypto market volatility.

Meanwhile, Tether’s exposure to U.S. Treasuries continued to grow quarter-over-quarter, climbing from $113 billion in Q4 2024 to nearly $120 billion in Q1 2025.

This represents a consistent push to bolster liquidity and minimize risk through investments in short-term government debt. The company now sits among the world’s top holders of U.S. Treasuries, using this portfolio to maintain the stability of its flagship token, USD₮.

Slower Figures But Robust Operational Condition

Notable, total assets as of March 31, 2025, stood at roughly $149.3 billion, with liabilities amounting to $143.7 billion, leaving a surplus of nearly $5.6 billion in excess reserves.

This figure, though lower than the $7 billion buffer reported at the end of Q4 2024, still shows strong risk management. The slight dip may be attributable to asset reallocation and changing market conditions but does not suggest a deterioration in financial health.

In addition, USD₮ issuance increased by about $7 billion during the quarter, a slower pace compared to the $23 billion issued in Q4 2024. However, the number of active user wallets grew by 46 million, a 13% quarter-over-quarter rise, indicating ongoing adoption and confidence in Tether’s stability.

Tether’s total liabilities continue to be nearly entirely tied to digital tokens issued. Importantly, this confirms the company’s commitment to maintaining a fully reserved model.

Specifically, the firm’s reserves have consistently been backed by cash and cash equivalents at a high ratio, with the remainder spread across gold, Bitcoin, and proprietary investments not included in token backing.

Further, the company has now allocated more than $2 billion to emerging sectors like renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and data infrastructure. Notably, the Q1 2025 report also marked Tether’s first under regulatory oversight in El Salvador.

These Bitcoin On-Chain and Technical Signals Point to a Market Reset

0

Bitcoin is testing a crucial resistance level, breaking its downtrend as on-chain and technical data signal a potential market reset.

Notably, Bitcoin’s recent price action has hovered between $92,000 and $96,000 this week, exhibiting a gradual upward slope after a period of range-bound movement. Despite short-lived dips—particularly around April 28—the asset has steadily recovered, above $95,000 by May 1.

However, technical and on-chain indicators suggest a deeper transformation underway in Bitcoin’s market structure. Analytic platforms are now pointing to a potential shift in the broader trend, as multiple metrics show signs of renewed strength and market resets.

Key Resistance Levels Identified

Notably, Glassnode has confirmed this outlook, noting how Bitcoin has broken above its downtrend line and is testing resistance between $93,000 and $95,000. This price band also marks the lower boundary of a broader consolidation range observed between November 2024 and February 2025.

Currently, the asset is now trading above both its 111-day moving average (111DMA) at $91,300 and the Short-Term Holder (STH) cost basis at $93,200. Historically, maintaining levels above these indicators has marked the difference between bullish from bearish phases.

Glassnode’s data shows that Bitcoin spent 56 out of the past 90 days below these levels, highlighting the duration of investor ‘time pain’ during the recent drawdown.

However, with the current breakout, the market appears to be exiting this zone of financial stress. This development suggests a potential reduction in realized losses, especially as price continues to consolidate within this critical band.

Momentum Indicators Show Recovery

Meanwhile, Glassnode provided further insight by segmenting Short-Term Holders into sub-groups based on holding duration. This cost-basis ribbon model reveals that investors holding Bitcoin for over one month have now moved into a profitable position.

As a result, the market has seen a marked decline in financial pressure among this group. Per Glassnode, if sustained, this momentum could continue to reduce volatility stemming from investor capitulation.

In parallel, the MVRV Ratio, which tracks unrealized profit or loss, has reverted to its long-term mean of 1.74. A similar pattern was observed during the previous consolidation phase in mid-2024. Notably, this reversion often serves as a base level for investor confidence.

Other metrics such as the circulating supply, spending domains, and the SOPR metric also point to a turning point for the largest cryptocurrency.

Market Reset, Not Peak Euphoria

Elsewhere, data from CryptoQuant supports the profitability thesis. As of April 29, 91% of Bitcoin’s circulating supply was in profit, an increase from levels observed during the April correction.

CryptoQuant’s verified analyst Darkfost identified this rise as a sign of market strength. During earlier drawdowns, profit levels dropped near 75%, a threshold that often triggers broader sell-offs.

Despite the current profitability level exceeding 90%, which Darkfost links to the euphoria stage of a typical market cycle, no immediate pressure to sell has emerged.

Roswell, New Mexico Becomes the First US City to Establish a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve

0

Roswell, New Mexico, a notable city in the United States, has become the first to establish a strategic Bitcoin reserve.

The small city, known for its UFO history, has surprisingly taken the lead in the Bitcoin adoption front. With Bitcoin reserves gaining traction in various governmental cadres in America, Roswell has become the first US city to officially hold the pioneering cryptocurrency.

Roswell Makes History

According to a document circulating on the internet yesterday, Roswell has adopted Bitcoin as a municipal-level reserve currency. The city made the move after receiving its first seed BTC donation, totaling 3,050,323 satoshi (0.03050 BTC).

Document Confirming Roswell’s Bitcoin Reserve Establishment

Notably, the anonymous sender transferred the funds on January 3, but Roswell received the donation to its public reserve address on April 30, with the stash worth $2,906. Meanwhile, the city’s Bitcoin holdings have increased to $5,125 at press time, as more market enthusiasts have donated to the wallet since then.

Following the reserve creation, Roswell, New Mexico, announced that it would accumulate more Bitcoin for the reserve through donations and sponsorships and hold it for at least 10 years. Nonetheless, the city would use the US dollar gains from its stash to fund projects, such as subsidizing water bills for elderly community members.

Furthermore, if the funds reach $1 million, Roswell will move the bitcoins to its emergency funds, utilizing 21% of it every five years for disaster relief. However, this proposal is pending approval by the Roswell City Council.

Bitcoin Reserve Ploy Gaining Momentum in the US

Meanwhile, this development comes on the heels of a similar establishment by the state of Arizona. Two bills to allocate 10% of the state’s public assets to buying Bitcoin gained legislative approval on April 29, with their establishment pending approval from Governor Katie Hobbs.

While Arizona is currently leading the race, other states have also made substantial progress. For instance, the Bitcoin Reserve Bill HB 302 in New Hampshire has passed the first round of senatorial approval, gaining considerable momentum.

Moreover, other states, such as Kentucky, Utah, and Oklahoma, are also pursuing the creation of a strategic Bitcoin reserve.

Sam Altman’s Eye-Scanning Project ‘World’ Launches in Six US Cities

0

World, the iris-scanning venture co-founded by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Alex Blania, officially launched operations in the United States on Thursday.

According to a CNBC report, the company, formerly known as Worldcoin, opened six dedicated retail locations across major cities. They include Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Nashville, Miami, and San Francisco, where individuals can enroll by having their irises scanned.

The move marks a significant expansion of the company’s identity verification system after a series of international trials and controversies.

NVIDIA technology powers the biometric Orbs that will be stationed at selected sites across the cities. These devices will also be available at partner outlets, including select Razer retail stores.

High-Profile Collaborations Revealed

The company’s U.S. debut was preceded by an event held Wednesday evening in San Francisco’s Fort Mason. At the event, the leadership introduced new partnerships.

Visa plans to roll out a World-branded payment card this summer, which will only be available to users who complete an iris scan with World. In addition, Match Group is preparing to integrate the system into a pilot project for Tinder in Japan, testing its use in age verification and digital identity.

Per CNBC, the event also featured a live demonstration of the technology, including how to link the iris-scanning Orb to a smartphone. A presenter had to remove his glasses during the process to ensure facial visibility, demonstrating the Orb’s sensitivity to facial features during scans.

Ongoing Data Privacy Scrutiny

While expanding operations in the U.S., the company continues to face scrutiny regarding data privacy practices. Regulators in regions such as Brazil and Hong Kong previously initiated investigations into the platform’s collection and storage of biometric data, including facial and iris images.

In response to such concerns, the company introduced the option for users to permanently delete their unique iris codes, allowing for a complete reversal of verification.

The platform retains some user data for fraud prevention. The stored data is reportedly used to detect duplicate scans or efforts to bypass the verification system.

Project backers and internal sources maintain that this data is decentralized and cannot be reconstructed, distinguishing it from anonymized data sets that can sometimes be traced back to individuals.
