Spain National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has warned 12 companies, including Huobi and ByBit, about their trading and investment activities in Spain without the required licenses.
The CNMV said in a statement that these institutions are not registered with the Commission and therefore not authorized to provide investment services or other trading activities without CNMV supervision.
The warning says that crypto exchanges Huobi and ByBit provide investment services without the required license, the warning also targets 10 more firms with similar activities.
