VR World the largest virtual reality club located in both South and North America with HQ in New York added support for Shiba Inu.

Virtual Reality World will now accept Shiba Inu as payment through BitPay. VR World is active in the NFT space and also hosted an afterparty at the NFT conference in New York in November.

Leo Tsimmer, CEO of VR World® said:

“After VR World hosted the official afterparty for NFT NYC conference last month, it became clear to us – cryptocurrency has entered everyday life, With our business of mixed reality location-based entertainment is a natural fit to digital art, gaming, esports, and all things in crypto-universe, it was only a matter of time when we would offer our corporate and retail customers another way to transact. We expect a cryptocurrency to play a major role in our operations. We Confirm accepting payments using cryptocurrencies like BTC, BCH, SHIB, ETH, LTC, WBTC, and stable coins BUSD, DAI, GUSD, USDP, and USDC via Bitpay.

The United Kingdom crypto trading exchange IndoEx has confirmed that it will list Shiba Inu on its platform. IndoEx, however, did not provide a specific timeframe for SHIB’s listing, but said it was “an upcoming listing”.

In December 2021 alone, more than 15 different companies and stores accepted SHIB as a method of payment. Big names are Flexa, Bitpay, New York’s luxury sunglasses company Nerdy Frames, Travala, Playside Studios, BOTS, Newegg, Kraken, and Brazil’s Mercado Bitcoin.

On Dec 11, Flexa, the global leader in pure-digital payments, officially declared via tweet that Shiba Inu Token can now be used for fast and fraud-proof payments anywhere Flexa is accepted—including more than 40,000 stores across the US.

On Dec 9th, Bitpay, the world leader in blockchain payment technology, officially declared that they have added support to Shiba Inu (SHIB) token. This support means now clients can buy, store, swap, and spend with this Ethereum ERC-20 token directly on the BitPay app.

The support of Flexa and Bitpay is making it possible for thousands of businesses to accept shib as a payment.
